Over priced, loud, and inadequate service. Menu was sparse. Great views and the food was ok, but more for people who want say theyâve been there rather than quality dining. 4/10 would not recommend

I was expecting to have a great view dinner side since it is on the top floor. Instead we were placed in a middle room with curtains around it that had very loud music playing like it was a night club. I couldnât hear my date and no nice views. Prices are insane for a basic tasting small meal. Definitely not the experience we were trying to have. And definitely was not romantic for a date. Donât recommend.
We made reservations almost 3 weeks in advance and had to wait in line to check-in with the hostess and then we were told to go sit and wait for our table to be ready. The dinner service itself was good and the chairs were comfortable. However, all four of us ordered steaks and they were all over cooked. I ordered a filet Mignon medium and it was almost completely well done and therefore dry. The French onion soup was cold. Almost as if it was pre-made and warmed up with some bread and cheese on top but didnât heat all the way through. It was disappointing to spend nearly $600 for the four of us and none of us felt like we would want to return.
View is beautiful, room is beautiful. Out of four meals 1 was good, 2 were cold, and 1 was so-so. For the price there are better restaurants in the Phoenix area. We wonât be back.
Food was good, great service! They seat the tables too close to each other though and you can only get out on one side of the table. Sounds like the restaurant is aware and is planning to fix it/remodel.
Our sever Madison made our 25th Wedding Anniversary very special. Madison made recommendations and was very attentive. It made us feel we were the only ones in the restaurant. The starters and the food was top notched. We will be coming back soon. Thank you for making the day memorable for both of us.
I really wanted to like this place. Stepping inside of Prime for the first time felt so luxurious and the views were gorgeous from the restaurant. Sadly, the service on a Tuesday night of all days was not up to par. Server did not bother asking if we came to dine for a special occasion (it was my birthday). Because a huge party (9-10 people) got seated after us, we felt essentially neglected which affected the timing of our drinks and dishes coming out. Spent a lot of time with nothing on our table just waiting for food to arrive. My SO received a drastically rare steak despite ordering medium rare. Despite the food being pretty good overall (the truffle mac and cheese was definitely the best), we sadly will not be coming back.
Not good for brunch. A regular menu where you pick one entree. I had chicken and wafflesâ¦..just so so. Drinks were separate and expensive. Ambiance and view were nice. Maybe dinner would be more of what I expect from an high end restaurant.
Great brunch. A little noisy with DJ and close tables. Service was outstanding.
