Staff was super friendly. The tenders were wonderful, the shrimp? What shrimp? Tiniest shrimp ever... and the tail was on most of the few that we tried, do not waste the money on the shrimp. This is the 2nd location I have tried it. Both are tiny little salad shrimps, deep fried with tons of batter and still are smaller than a large lime bean. Crazy ? waste of money. . We tossed them in the trash after picking out a couple pieces that looked edible but they werent
Food was bland. Service was great except the fact that I received old chicken strips. This issue was immediately rectified. Staff was empathetic, professional and very polite. Tables & chairs hadn't been cleaned.
Food is great but the service is terrible. Turnover at this location is through the roof and nobody is ever trained properly. Sauces are missed half the time, food is wrong half the time, and drinks are often forgotten or wrong.ALWAYS check your order.
Horrible service. I had to edit the order 4 times and they still messed it up. Not a fan. And they looked me dead in the eye at the classic chicken strips and told me they were spicy. They weren't. Terrible service.
Got charged for 3 meals vs 2 and didn't realize it until I got home because our order was messed up either way and we had to get off to correct it. No receipt was given so, S.O.L. food was ok. And P.s. napkins are paper towels from the restroom.
Ordered on the app and food wasn't ready when I got there 10-12 minutes later. Grateful though that my blackened chicken tenders AND my fries were both fresh when I got them.
They are struggling with not enough and untrained staff. The service is slow and disorganized, but they are trying hard, so we must have a little patience. Eventually you get the correct order and the food is good, and cheap.
They are getting better at getting your order right. Used to be no eating utensils, napkins, order all messed up. Sweet tea, instead of unsweet. There was only 1 thing, no utensils this time
Was very good when it first opened, but now it's terrible. Soggy chicken and 1/4 of a container of mac and cheese . I don't think they care because it is drive thru only. They wouldn't dare serve food this way if you were eating in .
Love other Popeyes this one truly sucks, Customer service sucks. Youll wait at the menuboard for 15 min to order because staff I guess can't figure out your there. Till you start yelli g at the intercom. Food always cold and thrown together. Manager walks around with no care. Take pride in your job.
