It's always a wonderful experience, staff is great & you never get the same "burrito" twice! You can change up add ins or sauce & changes things entirely! Enjoy it each time
This is the first of the 4 pokitrition store, had an amazing lunch here today. Built my own bowl here and there's so many choices you can do for your combo. It was delicious. The staff are friendly and cheerful. One of the owners here is pretty cute.
Pokitrition is still one of my favorite poke place in Arizona! I'm glad they opened up a few in the valley over the years since I visit quite often. They always have me craving for more. Delicious sushi burritos! I love when I come in and they remember my order, GREAT service and GREAT poke!!
Wow, they must have changed management!!We’ve had great experiences at Pokitrition Chandler for the past 3 years. The manager Chris and a tall gentleman employee Max were always so nice. Our orders were always correct and we like the quality of ingredients.Recently, the past two times our orders (including tonight) were wrong. An important note, we’ve always had issues with their online ordering system. There is NO way to customize your burrito and they have 0 of their kids menu items on there. I tried calling in to place an order, you can’t. We needed a kids spam and rice burrito. Literally a sheet of nori, rice, and two tiny pieces of spam. There’s NO way to order it. I could order a breakfast burrito for $12+ and eliminate all the ingredients, but who pays that for a kids burrito with 1 ingredient? The only other option was to order rice add a note to put that rice on nori, and place two pieces of spam on top. If you need to charge a couple bucks, fine.Upon picking up our order (on 4/10 @ 7pm), the two female employees had such attitude. They said they couldn’t do that and would charge us an additional $10! We explained to them there’s no way to place a kids order online. They replied, “ That’s not our problem, that’s management’s.” Seriously? This is how you treat long time customers? We literally drive 40 mins to this location each time to order from there. Even though we enjoy your food, I’m afraid this was our last visit. This is so disappointing and was upsetting to be treated that way.
This was one of my favorite spots for a poke bowl. But the portions just got smaller and smaller. They raised the price just a bit. I would have liked for them to raise the price higher but kept their portions size. My bowl just looked really sad the last two times I have order.
Staff was nice and welcoming! Environment looked clean and had a social vibe feeling. Ordered a salad poke bowl for take out and taste was okay. Would have gone back in the future but gave me a stomachache and diarrhea.
I really liked the food here. The fish was fresh and flavorful. And from what I remember, I ordered the salad, which you can build by deciding what meat and sauces you want on it.You can also join their text list and receive updates on their deals.Overall, great place!
Used to love this place but the quality of the ingredients has really gone down hill over the past year. We've found bones in our fish, fish that wasn't fresh, stale fried onions/wontons... Looks like we need to find a new poke burrito place.

I think I actually left a review about this before. Last time I had also left 3 stars. Well let me first start by saying the food is amazing. The fish is fresh and I love it. The reason why this is getting 3 stars is because of the customer service. The girl who was working yesterday was absolutely rude and just wanted us out. Given it was 2 hrs before yall close. I get people also have bad days. But its literally every time I come here, she's always rude. While my sister and I were dining in, she went to the back to talk to her coworkers while another lady had walked in two minutes later. I am just gonna speak on her behalf, but she stood there an all of 5 minutes waiting while the 3 girls were chatting in the back and balantly ignoring her. She had to literally loudly ask for sp.eone to be able to help her, while one of the girls just replied with a "yes?" Instead of getting her order. Love the food. Just the girls you have as your closing shift kinda suck.
