Overall experience was that great there was only one person behind bar and I waited for him to acknowledge me he didn't then finally when he did didn't say a word until another worker came carrying a box looks like she went to pick up merchandise poki bowl wasn't that great lacked sauce and my wasn't to impressed to be honest then I got a spicy tuna roll it looked horrible guy who made it didn't roll it perfectly so the presentation of role looked horrible if I wanted gas station Sushi I would have just gone there. Paid almost $30 for a roll and Pokebowl only to be unsatisfied there are other sushi places that acknowledge your customers and overall quality of food is excellent.
I ordered brown rice and mixed salad poki bowl, the salad is not fresh and the shrimp is rotten and when I tell the staff she’s so rude and not nice at all, it’s not recommended poki place

They’re not using sushi rice first of all. Second, $10 for a small bowl of mostly rice. Almost everything that would make the bowl feel like sushi is an upcharge. Overall I feel scammed out of $10+.
I have never experienced ruder people in my life. im a mall employee and eat here regularly and every time ive been the past couple months, its been the same woman who’s extremely rude. i tried calling and it just rings. v v disappointed:/
I just went to lunch at PokiLuv at the Chandler Fashion Center store and it was terrible. I did order sushi to try it and it’s not even recognizable as sushi. Ordered the spicy tuna roll. It came warm and looked so unappetizing. I was not expecting perfection but it looked like someone has tossed rice salmon and seaweed wrap and dumped it. I knew it was a long shot but stay away from Poki Luv.

Went here today for the first time and had never heard of it. Was a little confused as a first timer but Angie who was working that day was super helpful and the food was also amazing. Will obviously be going back soon.
