Ordered a pizza for me and my friends. Waited for about 2 hours to receive a pizza. All were really looking forward to this pizza, cause we all had a few drinks. But anyways, still functional. They placed it at the wrong door, and all our pizza was gone. Mozzarella sticks ! GONE ! 3 pizzas! GONE! French fries ! GONE ! So sad , because me and my fam are hungry. And we can’t drive for food.
This Sorry Place does not want to conduct business when its not even closed. Even when its 11:30pm and the store closes at 12 am. It will make up lies as to delivery time will take as long as 1hr to 45 minutes. This store would not even allow to use third party (Doordash) even when confronted, says that can not deliver outside their outside their zone! Only because the employees does not want to make a pizza! When i spoke with the lady on the phone call and confronted her about Doordash she hung up on me!! Poor Customer Service! The lady was very rude! Im sure the call was recorded!
I will have to admit, it has been a long time since we had ordered anything from Pizza Hut. I checked my order history and we haven't ordered there since 2019. Besides the pandemic, the crust was something that didn't always seem consistent when we ordered. Back when they offered flavored crusts, they were sometimes too salty or too greasy. Compared to other pizza restaurants, they also don't always have the best deals.This week we decided to give them another try. I ordered online and was able to use 2 different deals. We had a $10 large 3-topping pizza with a hand-tossed crust and a large 1-topping stuffed cheese crust for $13.99.We drove down to the restaurant to pick them up and they were both ready within the 15 minute estimated cook time.The hand-tossed pizza was good. We had pepperoni, pineapple, and Italian sausage on that one. I liked the crust. It tasted really fresh, but plain. Whenever I think of Pizza Hut from the olden days, I think of a buttery tasting crust. Maybe that is only the pan pizza now, I am not sure. I might try that next time. The pan pizza is an additional charge of $2 or $3.The stuffed crust pizza was also yummy, but when you choose to have the 1 topping on only half the pizza, I wish that they would give you what they would have put on the other half, since you are still paying the same price.Both pizzas were cooked nicely and the employees were friendly and quick when we went to pick them up.
Online I ordered two 3 meat pizzas with a couple veggies (create your own). I received two cheese pizzas fir $50. I could have made two tortillas with cheese for $4. I'm done with Pizza But. B intended. Both the app and the store.!

So wasn't going to have pizza tonight we were planning on going to Louisiana chicken, but out of nowhere my husband says let's have Pizza Hut ?.. I'm like you sure he's like yes, so we did.. Not sure what incompetent individuals they have running this store but I think Pizza Hut should just call this store a wash. Close it down or hire people that care. Never ordering from pizza hut again. Placed an order, waited 2hrs and never even got my food. Even after getting a text that my pizza was on its way. Never showed!! Why are you even in business if you don't want the business.
My pizza was extremely burnt and hard all the way through. It was not cut evenly at all. The boneless wings were good. It was hands down the worst pizza we ever ordered from pizza hut.

Horrible pizza was raw and cold. Delivered past the time alloted and no communication on delay. Kept calling and kept getting hung up on.
