Jared was my server and he was amazing! He knew his menu and was super attentive. He laughed with us and made me feel right at home. And the bartender was awesome. They have the best appletini I’ve ever had. And the food was delicious ?
This place was packed, so it must be pretty popular and a regular local hangout for Italian cuisine. Truth be told, I thought it was just average. The portions are a good size. The service is good. The space itself is small and gets very very noisy. I had the pesto pasta with chicken. There was actually very little pesto, and the chicken had an odd taste and texture. For the price, I expected something delicious, so was disappointed. I’m not sure I’ll be back, as there are many other Italian restaurants around.
Salads are outstanding. Pesto is great. Service is very good. Nice outdoor eating patio. No complaints, will return when in town.
I wasn't disappointed.... Everything from my cup of coffee to my hors d'oeuvres to the main course, veal laying on top of green beans and couscous....the atmosphere was amazing everyone enjoying them self's, the service was perfect.... even though it was a full house.....Worth every penny...My lady and I highly recommend THAT you enjoy this wonderful Italian Restaurant...✌️??
The food is excellent and I would even call it "artigianale". It is not the standard, southern Italian-American fare delivered premade by a large compnay and cooked by cooks. From the selection, the specials and especially the taste, it is evident that the meal is prepared by a chef who takes pride in his offerings. We ate there four times, tried many different dishes (we share) and they all exceeded my expectations (having lived in Italy for four years) not so easy. Service is relaxed and very friendly.
What a great spot. My 1st time here because of our good friends they been here before and told us how great the service and food was the last time they were here. We were NOT disappointed!! The food by far was so delicious the atmosphere was great the service was awesome! Portions were perfect. We will be back, it's long drive for us but we'll worth it.
I am a big fan of Italian food and when I tell you this was worth the 40 minute drive I mean it. Came here for my aunts birthday with a big group. The waiters attended us in a magnificent timely matter. The food was extremely tasteful I could not stop eating and the drinks were not a disappointment. I'd recommend this authentic italian to anyone.
This restaurant has the absolute best service all around. Karina was amazing! Food was delicious, with a great atmosphere. Everyone worked as a TEAM!! I highly recommend this place! We live in Peoria, came for the food, but thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience! Don’t leave without a cannoli
What a lovely surprise this visit was! Food=BOMB. Service=BOMB. Dessert=BOMB. Ambiance=BOMB. My new favorite hidden gem. Got the appetizer trio, everything was wonderfully cooked. Not a big blue cheese fan but I loved the dates. Spinach stuffed shells and chicken parm was cooked fresh fresh fresh. No canned acidity, sauce was made real italiana. Everything was cooked with thought. Even the garlic bread is in house. Cannoli is traditional with a twist. Tiramasou eas in another level but was a decent sized slice! I loved it wasn’t too sweet, was light. Was phenomenal. We will be coming next weekend.
Excellent family Italian restaurant at fair prices. This is my go to place. Great little bar and the bartenders are excellent. Sometimes on the weekend they even have steak and it is outstanding and reasonable on pricing. The Italian dressing is to die for and homemade. Friendly owners and staff!
