Curbside is not a thing at this location. Dont bother. You have to go in anyway. They didn't give me a fork or napkin or cookie. Really lax at this location. Second time trying Curbside and its a fail.really sucks because I'm sick right now and didn't want to have to walk inside but no one comes out after checking in.
I placed an order online at 09:00am for curbside pickup 11:30am I got to Pei Wei at 11:15am I parked my car at the curbside pickup followed the directions given on their sign. I sent a text with my location which was # 2 and waited. A car parked behind me & I saw the person dialing on their cell & five minutes later they brought him his order. Another car parked in front of me I noticed the driver dialing the number on the sign, and 4 minutes later he got his order. After waiting for over 20 minutes I went in the pick up side door, the Asian lady saw me come in, and decided to take care of the 4 customers in line. Then when she was done with the 4 customers another couple walked in and she said took their order, I then walked out of the restaurant & went back to my car, and the Asian lady came with a bag and asked me "Are yew Brannon? I told her "no I being waiting for over 25 minutes for my order" then she mumbled something I couldn't understand that's when I asked her " to get me an English speaking person please I have waited long enough, this is bad customer service" 4 minutes later a staff member came out with my order & said "Are you Mr. Roger Lay? I stated "Yes, I been waiting for over 26 minutes for my order" he stated " We are 20 minutes behind that's why I gave you a brownie for the wait" I stated " I don't care for the brownie, I placed my order at 09:00am for pick-up and it's 12:00 noon" and I left.
This is a great location. The space is clean, bright and open. The food is amazing, fresh,and flavorful. I had the Thai coconut curry and it was delicious. The iced tea is among my favorites. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful.
My wife found a very long blonde hair in her food. I would expect better care in food preparation. She was very upset.The food was good but finding this changed the mood about it.
I love Chinese food. The menu is a fusion of all types of Asian food and delicious. Cooked to your order. Quick and perfect for a good meal while you are on the run.
I was surprised at how big the portions were. The beef and Broccoli was very delicious. It's a step up from Panda. Lunch time wasn't very busy and we found a place to sit inside. I'll be back to try other dishes.
Been a Pei Wei fan for a long time. Ordered our dishes and sat down, food arrived. Bit into our egg rolls and it was still frozen. Took them back up to the food runner (who was more interested in his cell phone than working), and told him they were still frozen. Egg rolls returned to our table, but they weren’t fresh same ones we sent back (my bite was still in one of them). Horrible experience.
At some point. Pei Wei turned into a fast food Chinese restaurant, and not even a good fast food Chinese restaurant. I thought I'd be adventurous and try the Dan Dan noodles, won't do that again. The restaurant didn't have a really clean feeling. The employees all seem nice enough. Pei Wei started out as a good quality restaurant but have gone downhill. I won't be back

I like the atmosphere and location as it's less than a mile from me and the food is tasty for Asian fast food. However, the portion sizes are so laughable I won't be going back, you'd have to order multiple meals to make what most would consider a normal proportioned meal. Until they start serving portions fair in comparison to the price, skip over this place.
