This location is the worse!!!Completely got my order wrong. I clearly said I wanted chicken and they gave me shrimp. Paid extra for fried rice and they didn't give me any. The person who took my order didn't even know what was on the menu. I called to tell them that my order was wrong, and they told me to come back. I live 12 miles away and with gas prices like this, there was no way that was happening!The restaurant itself seemed fine, or at least clean. But I would never come to this location again.*They do have gluten free options which is nice.

I frequent the Pei Wei locations at Casa Paloma, as well as Guadalupe and McClintock in Tempe. This location does not even compare at all. The cashier seemed confused as we pointed to the menu items and said them by name. She still got the order wrong. We ordered Kung Poa Chicken, we got shrimp (and most of the peanuts were burned). We ordered the Thai Curry and paid extra for fried rice. We got white rice. We called the restaurant and got an, “Oh, sorry.” I guess we will stick to the other locations from now on.

Called to place to go order at 430pm and was placed on hold for 10+ minutes. Finally gave up. Guess they don't want to make money ?

I am a regular customer from both Pei Wei in Chandler and Gilbert the last 6 -7 years. During this pandemic I order to go and lately started dining in. There is something me and my wife notice about the food. The food has changed a lot in terms of taste and quality in general. I miss the old taste. Cannot recommend your store to others or even bring in friends or quests to dine in Pei Wei, specially my friends who have sugar challenges because all your food taste like desserts, very sweet.

My recent to go experience at this location was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I waited an additional 20 minutes after my scheduled ready time for my order. When I asked the employee what's the purpose of scheduling an order online an hour in advance if it's not going to be ready around the time it's listed, she looked at me and said she didn't know and walked away. I understand waiting a little extra but there was hardly anyone dining in and very few people listed on the to-go screen. Why is this location always so inconsistent?

The place smelled like burnt plastic.The food was marginal at best. Very disappointed.

I used to love this location and ate here multiple times a week with family and coworkers for years. The portions have become smaller over time and the quality is inconsistent. I can see from the reviews that it's not just me. I'm hoping however is managing it now can turn things around.

Portion sizes seem to have decreased to a very noticeably smaller size. Probably not the fault of this specific restaurant, but it reflects on the restaurant even if it was a decision by their corporate management.

I don’t think I’ve had one positive experience at this location. During sit in, the restaurant is always empty and the employees look bored or are on their phone instead of taking my order. Order it through door dash or other ride share food delivery, expect 3-4 different drivers dropping the fare because the restaurant can’t make food fast enough. Curb side order? You’d be better off just going in and asking to do take out. I placed an order at 4:30p for pickup at 5:30. Arrived at 5:30 and notified the restaurant according to the signs. The incredibly rude employee walked out 5 min later saying that they don’t do curbside because they are swamped. Our food wasn’t ready and she said we would have to wait 30min. For food I ordered an hour ago. Supposedly they’ve been swamped for months and there’s nothing they can do. The employee did not apologize once and was shocked that we didn’t want to wait 30min for our food. I really can’t explain what their problem is but this is the only location I’ve experienced anything like this with. Real kicker is, their restaurant was completely empty. 10/10 do not recommend.

We come here all the time,but lately, the food portions are getting smaller, and they ALWAYS forget the sauce! The food is dry without it....obviously!! The lady taking orders does not know how to work the cash register.(no costumer service manners either).Cook comes over to help, touching the cash register....not sanitary!!The place is Not Very Inviting!That's probably why they have 3 costumers for lunch.....
