Upper management and ownership care more about themselves and are not professional. They don’t care about their employees, let alone their managers.
Came in Saturday for lunch and had the humus plate and the hatch green Chile burger. Their menu has a good variety and the food I had was well executed. The bar staff were really attentive with the water which I appreciate. Their alcohol selection looks great too. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. The only thing I would change is the bases of the high top tables on the back patio/bar area, when the chairs are tucked in they ride on the base and make for some weird ergonomics
We had our son's Grooms Dinner there. Rented part of the back patio and it could not have been better!!! Our waiter was astounding and they were incredible to work with! a perfect night due to how well they took care of us!!
Been in Phoenix,in and out for 2 decades, worst service I’ve ever had. Three waitresses before the drinks came and they weren’t what we ordered. Never offered a food order. We left.
If you like good beer and better people, check this place out. Very good vibe both inside and outside. Brenda, Marty, Bruno, Mike and Sarah are all wonderful at the bar. Excellent staff across the board and the kitchen crew is pretty cool too. Stop in and you’ll have a good time!
Happy hour at this place is great! We sat down with bartender Brenda, we go to a lot of bars around Chandler and it's not often you find such genuine service! I don't often drink beer but Brenda did a phenomenal job at letting me try a couple and making a great suggestion- She knows her stuff! Food took a bit long but it was a busy time, so understandable. The manager made sure we were always taken care of and made waiting a pleasure. Will be coming here again for sure for happy hour. -Thanks for the hospitality
So the description on google reviews says "Industrial, vibrant Mexican joint". I have been here several times now, and for some reason I always thought it was a German brewery. I was a little surprised at their self description. I need to pay better attention to the decor next time I walk in. Maybe it's the name? Am I reviewing the right place? Anyhow, it's a neat place. Fun atmosphere, dog friendly, some decent brews. Sometimes I like sitting near the sidewalk and people watching. The problem is, the food is just.. meh. I don't even remember what we ordered the previous times we have been here (which was not that long ago) that's how unremarkable it is. This time I ordered wings with a dry rub, and my husband ordered the fish and chips. The wings were decent. The fish and chips are something I wouldn't order here again. My brother had some sort of chicken dish that I didn't get a picture of, but he didn't really finish it, so I am going to assume it was just ok, considering he said that he was so hungry before we came here. Service was okay.Well, honestly I will likely be back. My husband enjoyed the brews here, so maybe just come back here for drinks. Even though service was slow, they were friendly and accommodating. And maybe next time I will find a dish I enjoy eating.
The atmosphere was everything you'd expect from a good brewery. The service was amazing and she was very attentive to our needs even with it being lunch time. When we got out food we were impressed once again by the quality, taste and speed of which it got to us. Finally they made sure everything was impeccably clean between customers and made routine cleans of bathroom and sinks. I want one of these to come out to my area in Queen Creek, I'd be there every week! I can't say enough good things about this place and will come back when I can.
This place was absolutely amazing. Their tempe location is pretty sweet and we decided to give chandler a try and we were not disappointed. Plenty inside and outside seatings. I am always looking for a place where i can take my fur babies with me that also has a good selection of beers, mainly sours when it's hot, and appetizers and this place delivered. The only downside would be parking situation if you go there during weekends as it tends to get pretty busy and you park out on the streets and there are lots of restaurants right next to each other.
We love this place! The management always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We love the food and the vibe here. We’ve probably visited over 25x. The only comment I have is that twice in a row now two different waitresses have completely forgot about our one of our orders. We’ve had to ask about it and then it would come shortly after either cold or over-cooked and it was during slow times. That won’t impact this review though. Just some feedback.
