Delicious food, have been ordering for years. Butter chicken and goat biryani are our favorites. However I can’t say the same about the service.Recently my family attempted to go right when they opened after their afternoon break. We arrived at 5:01 pm, attempted to pull on the front door and it was locked, saw a staff member sitting inside at one of the tables thru the shade curtains, attempted to go in the side door which was also locked, waited outside on the bench until 5:07 pm and no one let us in. We gave up and were getting into our car when they finally unlocked the front door. It was 100+ degree heat and they could have at least let us in to wait. They definitely saw us attempting to go in.Needless to say we left and tried another Indian establishment. Also a few times to go orders have taken awhile to pick up or were not ready at the designated time provided when ordering.

The taste of the food was great. It was the perfect level of spice. Also the service was great too. We went close to closing time, even then they accepted our orders and served well

“Worst service ever in my life”I order one large full tray paneer tikka masala for my function. They have given hardly 30-40 piece of paneer cubes. They charged $120 for the full tag and gave 995% gravy and only 5% paneer. Recommending not to order any catering service in paradise..

The food was excellent! The biryani and chicken dish we ordered were both authentic and truly wonderful! The naan was delectable! Highly recommended! We look forward to going back again!

I ordered biryani and goat haleem for delivery. Biryani was ok but haleem was too bad. For haleem they just reheated biryani gravy(salaan) and added some goat pieces.

This is by far the most authentic and delicious Indian food in town. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family. The food is always fresh and has just the right amount of spice. I’ve had a verity of dishes there and none of them disappoint. There are vegetarian options as well. They stay very busy with take out orders, which makes for a nice dining experience if you come in. Definitely recommend coming in and trying it out! You won’t regret it!

I ordered a Chicken Lollypop. Generally, the lollypops are great here but the last two times has disappointed me to the core and I am debating to revisit now. Look at the image below and to scale the size, I have my finger in the photo. It feels like someone has already eaten the meat off the bone and given me left overs in my order. And these are for 13 dollars (including tax). This is not good and I feel cheated. I hope the paradise team looks into this and does right by me.

I love the biriyani. Best biriyani in arizona I would say. The only down side is that restaurant take a lot of time to prepare especially for the online delivery. It almost takes 2 hours. 90 mins for the preparation and 30 mins for the delivery to tempe.Every time I crave for biriyani I had to compromise and go for other restaurant because of the wait time.If you are reading this please try to reduce the wait time :(Thanks and regard’sYour loyal customer

The food was awesome. Our entire family ordered various items and all of them were really good. Gongura Goat Biryani and Chicken Fry Biryani were the best. Quantity and Quality were at their finest. I highly recommend and definitely order from this place again.

Their biriyani is very bad. If you are a true biryani lover this is not the place to go. I ordered a mutton dum biriyani and chilli chicken, the biriyani was just packed with white basmati rice with no masala(literally) and the mutton was not even well cooked. I guess the chef doesn't know what chilli chicken looks like, it tasted like some chicken manchurian made with some old chicken(It was hard and not tasty) and red peppers. I wasted money for nothing and was not at all a pleasant experience. I should have got a hint when the restaurant was empty. Will never return to this place nor recommended to anyone.
