Most disgusting pizza I’ve ever tried to eat. $30 down the drain. I hope I don’t get sick from eating this so-called food.
Pizza was so cold the sauce was cream already. I order here a lot and sure they have had some mess up but not constant something must of changed so I’m done with this location that’s 3 times in row. First the driver delivered to another residence and went back took the pizza from them AND TRIED TO DELIVER IT TO US from another house. Second and third pizza is cold. I also think this might happen a lot now at this location cause when you can as a paying customer think you want a discount already haha.
Store manager friendly, however ran late with my order. I ordered a regular crust pepperoni pizza, and received a thin crust pizza. Tasted horrible! Do yourself a favor don’t order from here! The manager baked the pizza, and handled payments without washing his hands.
I would definitely think twice before ordering from this location…I went in to pick up my order & I noticed the person working behind the desk was preparing the dough (directly touching it & stretching it) with her bare hands, no gloves on & to make it worse she had very long nails (fake nail looking which are known to harbor germs). That just seems very unsanitary to me & not something I’m used to seeing, not sure if this is standard practice for this location or every Papa John’s. When I left I noticed her touching the phone & computer so who knows if she even washes her hands before touching the food directly. Grossed me out ?
The delivery driver threw my pizza at my door, did not knock, and I received no receipt. Called the store to speak to a manager, manager was rude and hung up on me. I've had bad service with yall, but this has been the worse.
We are a pizza family once a week it's my easy dinner so I don't have to cook.. always hot and order is always right.
Couldn't have been more disappointed. Ordered a triple bacon pizza (no Canadian), they brought me (over 2 hours later).. a cold, sloppily cut pizza.. with a small amount of bacon crumbs on it, and not on strip of bacon. There were at least 3 slices that were plain cheese. I'll never order from this location again.
We ordered a square cut pizza with just spicy garlic sauce but they ended up giving us a plain triangular cut pizza. With garlic sauce and the hot garlic sauce. Deliver got our name wrong also. It was fine pizza still great but did mess up our order. Said it would take a hour but got here in 20 mins.
I order from this location a few times a month. Every single time I order from them, something that has a non-traditional order like the papadilla, I request pizza sauce not garlic and they never add that pizza sauce. When you call to ask, they say they will send it but then they don't. I waited 2 hours for my pizza sauce to be delivered and it never came. To some people that might seem trivial but when you're paying a delivery fee and tipping the driver a decent tip and paying $45 for your food you would like your order to be correct.
We used to get papa John's pizza all the time; I mean when my granddaughter was2..3 to 5 or 7 years old, the delivery guy knew us. It was my granddaughter's favorite, thin crust, every Friday night ? She's now 17 and we've been trying all kinds of pizza; finally thought I'd try PJ again after about 10 years ? glad we did. It was easy to order, good deal, delivered fast & RIGHT, tasted good! ? ? I'll be doing that again. Hopefully they are consistent ?
