My kids always prefer papa John’s pizza over Pizza Hut or little Ceasars, usually we don’t have complains but this time I don’t know what happened the pizza was oily and disgusting. We couldn’t even eat it without dabbing it with napkins! They just have hired new staff! Their old staff made it so much better, they need to retrain them on how to make pizza and cheese sticks. The reason I like ordering from these guys is because I can select clean cut online without having to make special request on the phone to use a clean knife to cut my pizza so they don’t contaminate with a meat pizza cutter!
Haven't ordered Papa John's in a bit, decided I would try them. Called to put in my order and got routed to their call center. I asked them if they were at a call center and they said no we're in the back of the store. The manager confirmed they were a call center.I will not be ordering Papa John's anymore they farmed out their call center to India goodbye Papa John's
Typical Papa John's, tried the New, new York style pizza the crust was bomb... too bad they don't deliver since I'm only 1.7 miles away I'm curious how close you have to be for delivery

Worst pizza I have had .Ordered 3, 1was pepperoni 1lg thin crust and one medium regular. Cold, cardboard taste, no flavor, skimpy toppings on a crust that was terrible. A rip off for $45.00.Really embarrassed to serve to guests. Never again!
Great pizza, used their current special and ordered a pepperoni pizza. Will definitely order again.
I had a very bad experience with this store. The Pizzas that they delivered were cold and the taste was very bad. These pizzas have ruined my Son's birthday party. I called the stores general manager and explained how their pizzas ruined the party, she said she will give 3 free pizza credits and I said WOW!! that's very generous of you!!I would suggest not to order any pizzas from this store. They do not worth the price at all.Bye bye Papa!! I will never visit you again.
