Ordered for the first time their “free delivery service”. The delivery girl did not contact or ring the doorbell once food arrived, it sat in the sun and went bad. Waste of money and tip money for the girl who ruined my food. Never ordering from this place again…
I've had such a great experience yesterday, great service especially from a young strong handsome man name nick.... he was so kind:) and streak and white cheddar was extremely good. will be coming back
Ordered grilled cheese. Bread wasn't grilled. The bread was white. Manager said " that's how we do it". First time here and last time going to any Panera Bread. Manager should be trained again.
I come here for the coffee club thing, but was very disappointed when I ordered a spufle that was only Luke warm. I asked them to heat it for me and they directed me to a self service microwave a maybe 3 feet off the floor, that anyone can put their grubby hands all over. Super gross. Additionally, I'm not paying a premium tonuse their microwave. I have one of those at home. I had to return the whole thing and get a refund. The card reader even asked for a tip. A tip. For what handing me a cup and pointing to a microwave? No thank you. Their sip club thing is worth it, but the bakery? Not so much.
Met a friend here for lunch the other day. Enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, but was disappointed in the lack of anyone wanting to take our order. We waited at least 10 minutes. There were several people walking around and doing things, but no one wanted to help us or the people in front of us. I assume they thought we would just do the self serve ordering, but had adjustments that we wanted to talk to them about. I ordered a You Pick Two and a Iced Tea and I was shocked when the lady told me $16.75. Seriously, I couldn't believe it. For 1/2 a salad, soup and tea, I thought that was ridiculous. I did talk to the manager about the two issues and she seemed to agree with me, but what good does that do. I just won't be going back. I can get food from many places that are better for lunch that aren't $16.75 and that I can get waited on.
Normally ok, but the lack of dressing on an already overpriced salad stinks.Of course, already home and it’s quite a distance to drive back.And BOTH salads were like this.And wait…. Let’s check the sandwich before I post this review…. Surprise surprise - almost no meat.What a waste of $30.
We love this Panera and go here frequently. However, I just had to post this as my last order was ridiculous ? This was the second half of my bagel. I’m not even mad but this is just hilarious that it was allowed to be served to a customer?!? Whoever has been slicing the bagels…
Order was accurate. Easy to pick up in restaurant. Staff was helpful with quick questions and even offered a reminder.Could not order curbside for some reason, even though there are parking spots for such.
1) I had to call Panera to inform them my order was dropped off at a different location.2) My address on Panera’s and Grubhub’s systems was different, they are not synced.3) I did get my money back4) I was told another order was on its way… almost 2 hours later…5) That order NEVER ARRIVED EITHER! ?
Order Kiosks were malfunctioning, and there was no employees behind the counter for at least 10 minutes while we waited to order. Had to go behind the counter ourselves and yell for someone to finally hear us.Food was not great. We did n Ii t want french bread/dinner rolls, we ordered fruit cups. We got bread.Dining area was crowded, with no separation between tables. Tables were dirty, soda fountain looked like it had not been cleaned in a week.When spending close to $50 bucks for a sandwich and some soup, the place had better be spotless. Will not be going back here for a while. Disappointing too, because we like going here.
