Bejing Beef was completely soggy... Orange Chicken was still okay. Not really to temperature but thats what I get since they gave me the last scraps of the bowl. Nasty.
This place is hit or miss. I've come early and received heavier portions than during the evening meal frenzy.This last visit, I only needed a drink. This is not the first time I've gotten a straw that is incompatible with the cup.
Arrived 31 minutes prior to close and was told you can only order what is left which was not enough food for 3 not ti mention the food did not look fresh. Other customers also entered and were turned away. If you don’t want to keep customers and close early, we will gladly take our business elsewhere.
We arrived at the restaurant at 8:55 PM and they close at 9:30. Me and some other random people coming in we're told they were closing at 9:30 and what they had in the restaurant was the only food left which was basically nothing. Then instead of making more food and serving the customers they said that's all they have left for the night and they basically threw everybody out. Pretty disappointed.
This location continues to provide lower standards of service and food quality. We continually have to request soy sauce and mandarin sauce with our Mandarin chicken entree. Check your order as well, because this location is also well known for not providing your complete order.
The honey walnut shrimp was delicious. Good vegetable fried rice. Very busy staff, but they were friendly. A little pricey for what you get though.
I’ve come to this one for a long time - but this is the first time I’ve been this upset here. I didn’t get my debit card back from the drive thru window, which I didn’t notice until I was on my way to buy something. After calling and listening to the employees argue on the phone, I went back to the store and waited for no less than 10 minutes for staff to acknowledge me, despite them making eye contact and then shyly breaking it. Staff finally acknowledged me and said they’d get it for me, and continued to help customers with food before getting my property back to me. Finally they decided to get my card back after they made sure everyone on staff got a copy of my card number, and I was on my merry way to cancel it and get a new one.
The service and food are collectively good before 5pm..in my experience. Any time I've come in the evening, I have to wait for something to be made or the employees make me pause and question my purchase ( everyone wearing masks, but only some of the "cooks" wearing gloves or the same "cooks" walking between food stations and not practicing hand hygiene. I suppose eat at your own risk
Ordered online. Food was read by the time we went thru drive thru. Food was good and for the most part everything was correct except we were missing an entree and the drink. And I was disappointed that we didn't get any fortunate cookies.
I came to eat here about Month ago, the lady at the front mishandled my order and charged me for someones else order, they wouldn't give me a refund for the food, they offered me a coupon which I refused, and I asked for a manager they told me no manager on duty, and gave me a business card to call him. I called the manager and left a message, he never gave me a call back.I didn't get my order and my food. Absolutely the worst customer service experienced in my life!
