Orange chicken taste like bbq tarts and rice needs more egg in it got mine at 6pm on a Tuesday
The service and the food at this location are consistently bad and abysmal, respectively. One star for quality, but an extra star for how hard the crew is usually working. Get them some help thought, they need it.
Don't bother with a online order... I arrived 3 min after my food was supposed to be done . Then was told 8 more minutes cause they never even looked at my ticket. I watched 2 customers go through the line and leave before they even looked at my ticket. What a mess.... Thought I was making it easier... Just go in
Closed with 20 minutes left with no food and won't make more. Drove half an hour to come here. If you close at 9 say 9 instead of saying 930. Horrible pandas location! Tamera was the manager
Went inside to order. Stood in line. Watched an employee at the cash register get down onto the ground, reach his hands under the counter, touching the floor (in order to retrieve a fallen item). The employee DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS AFTER BEING ON THE GROUND. He then continued handling food items, cookies, and packing to-go boxes, and then attempted to try to take my order. I asked the employee if he washed his hands after being on the ground; he said no, then turned to wash them. I then walked out as that is disgusting and as unsanitary as it gets. Shame on that employee and this location.
Food was great as alwaus but today i forgot my purse hanging on the chair and got home and realized i didn't have it i freaked out and called right away and an employee turned it in for me , nothing was stolen thank you all who work here i am forever grateful!!!
entree temperature and quality were off from what they ideally should be. other than that, it's typical Panda.
Panda Express is usually a consistently good place for Chinese food- however, I’ve been to this particular location 4 times in the last 6 months and it’s been absolutely terrible every single time. Stale food, they run out of entrees, cold warmer trays, and the staff are not customer service trained. Sad… the bad experiences are not just a one time thing… I hold out hope that they change management
This panda express is the worst location, they don't even bother to greet you and don't even bother to restock any food items after 8pm, when they are supposed to close at 9:30. The people there really seem miserable ? Really bad vibes ...
Love this panda! The best friendliest staff and always hot fresh food and fast service. Always busy but the line moves so quick! We go often.
