My fiance and I arrived at 8 o'clock and nothing was stocked at the hibachi BBQ bar. We stayed an hour & 1/2 and it was never restocked. When we inquired with the manager was told they start closing it down at 9 o'clock but clearly that's not the case as we checked several times throughout our time there and they never brought anything out. All of the other food was almost out or completely out and never refilled. Had no noodles barely any rice left or meats to choose from- then found foil in my fiances food. When we brought it to the managers attention he tried to make excuses like that would ever be acceptable to find in food. Then thought a $10 discount was an acceptable discount for such a horrible experience. Definitely not worth the $50 we still ended up paying after his discount. Will never be returning here again. Don't waste your money people.

I used to eat here long ago. Pacific seafood was a very good buffet back in 2012. The quality has severely dropped since then.Let me start off by saying, most of the 1-3 star reviews are justified. If we talk about price point versus the quality, you’re technically paying 4 star restaurant prices for 2 star quality. I’ve even uploaded the images of the poor food quality. Some of the food wasn’t even cooked thoroughly, especially the chicken wings. At a 23.80$ price on Father’s Day, you’d think you’d get at least 8/10 food service but instead it’s quickly pushed out at extremely low standards. The waiters and waitresses did their best to keep up with the customers, sadly that didn’t fair too well. Some of the plates still had bits of food hanging off the sides. Disgusting to say the least. In any case, I was left with a horrible impression and bad diarrhea after eating here. My disappointment is beyond belief.Mostly the stomach ache was due to the raw wings they served. 1 out of 5 star for just poor service at a whopping total of 137$. Sad.Edit: 02/14/2022Looks like the place is under new management. The wife and I gave this place a chance again for old times sake. The food is hot, served correctly, and safety measures implemented for COVID. The sushi bar is still bad though, hence the 3 star. The waiters are still top notch though. Great service. Things might be lookin up.

Good food. $21 for dinner before tip. Crab legs go fast! Sashimi salmon is decent. Sushi is OK. 2 types of grilled shrimp is yummy. Overall pretty nice buffet. Thanks for the great service!!

This place was surpass my expectations, the Food was great and they keep the place clean far better than any other buffet I've ever been. The devise was friendly and on top of everything. From pick up to drink refill, I could not have gotten a better service. I would highly recommend and would like to thank Pacific Seafood Buffet for having my family and me.

A repeat customer for years. The best option for seafood and Asian buffet. Love they have a sushi section and Mongolian grill set up too. Food is always fresh and full. I even appreciate now during the covid they ask everyone to wear gloves they provide when you go to get food.

Before we decide to go we called to confirm they had all you can eat crab legs. We were assured that they do. 30 minutes after our arrival a tiny bowl was finally brought out and every one jumped up like vultures. I don't blame them, for the price you wouldn't expect the restaurant to be so conservative with the frequency and the portions. If you are going predominantly for crab legs I wouldn't recommend this place.Otherwise everything else on the menu was fantastic. With a wide verity, hot and tasty food.

So for the price it was decent. If you really enjoy Chinese seafood then this is the place to go. They are clean, very clean actually. The food tastes very good. Just not a huge selection of Chinese food. But there is a huge selection of other stuff so it just depends on what you like. The prove is a little high but I understand bc there is a ton of seafood so that's most likely why. But all in all pretty good for a buffet.

Love their crab leg over the weekend, but their hot dishes are what I went for. Love their sweet soup! It's hot and not very sweet. It's the best thing after a big meal. There are too much to eat for a reasonable price.Always try to come early during the weekend. So you can get fresh hot foot without waiting!

Good value. They are somewhat covid-conscious, requesting that customers don gloves when using the buffet. But not everyone complies. Food is tasty with good variety but sometimes it sits out too long.

Disappointed with the food.??? We went there many years back, during those days, almost every item we ate was so delicious. On New Year's Day, we went for lunch, thought it will STILL be as good as before.Sushi bar is ok, seafood are disappointing. NO lobster, only blue crab...Cold, frozon crab clusters...Dim sum were terrible! Siew mai are supposed to be yellow but it was darkened brown??Dessert are quite pathetic, just a few choices. Only coffee mousse cake is pretty good. The only reason it deserves a 3 Stars because the servers worked hard to clean the tables & very friendly. Can't expect too much during this pandemic & cost $20+ per person.
