Fabulous casual dining experience. We had a big group(17) on a mid week evening. Everything from infants to older. Our server Alex, she was fantastic. I didn't want for anything. Every time my glass was empty, it was filled. Everyone found something on the menu to enjoy. Alex even helped us take pictures outside after the meal when we were getting ready to leave. I recommend it.
I placed my order using the app. Its user friendly and has option to add a special request.The service was faster than the time specified!The server was polite. The meal was prepared well.The bread was warm and had a good flavor. The butter was forgotten, so I will remember to add this to the note section.
First time eating here. Staff were very efficient and the food came out quickly. Steaks were delicious, sides were on point also. Definitely better than the tempe branch. I'll choose this one from now on.
Whenever my family came to town, this was the place we would chose. On this visit, we were surprised that the hostess wasn't very friendly. Asked her a question about a promotion with the blooming onion, and she laughed and said "Uh, I don't know. You should ask your server" as she began laughing and walked away. The server came, and we.asked for a salad upgrade to the wedge salad. They didn't have the salad, but still charged us anyways for the replacement at the end. The food is still really good, and besides the hostess, everyone was friendly. We saw that they were short staffed, and saw the manager out there getting into the mix. They clearly were doing there best to help everyone. Which is why we didn't talk to them about error on the check. But overall, the food is top notch and delicious.
The food is tasty and cooked exactly the way you want. Everything was good quality and the service was great. That being said, I feel like the goodness just misses explaining the price. . Which was exorbitant. Still a great experience.
Very good service. We had a gift card but also we had trouble to activate it. Manager exchanged the card with money out of his pocket. We sure will be back, where else do you find such great service?

The girl took our order, forgot drinks then noticed i guess a couple that comes in on a regular amd sat them down then continued talking to them. My husband asked the guy cleaning the tables for water who brought us some then informed someone we didn't have any drinks. A different person then came and asked if we wanted something to drink which we did and asked for the check which then took another 20 min before the original waitress brought the check. Never will I ever return

We’ve been coming to this Outback location for years. It was with great pleasure that they have a new manager named Tony, who is a great addition to the staff. Our waitress was Amy, who was great, and we noticed Tony assisting not just Amy and other waitresses, but also interacting with quite a number of customers. It was so gratifying to see a manager who really cares about his store and his customers.
Our waitress was pleasant but seemed absent-minded and not too concerned with customer service.My partner and I both ordered filets. I requested mine to be cooked to medium doneness. Could have been a mix-up but mine came out way past well-done. The manager (unfortunately I forgot his name, maybe Marcus?) was very understanding and offered to prepare another. It was already 9:00 PM so I declined, and he graciously removed the entrée from our bill and even offered a complimentary desert (which I also declined). I was quite satisfied with the resolution. My partner had no complaints with his food.This was our first time at this location (actually our fist time at an Outback in probably ten years) so could have been a one-time experience but because the manager was professional and understanding, we may visit again in the future.
