Love this food place. I have a gluten intolerance and they offer substitutes for a lot of things if needed. Also, the fact that they also have a gluten free cookie really does it for me. Additionally, the staff has always been super friendly and when I ordered food for pick up it was ready to go and exactly what I had ordered. Lastly, the only difficulty I had was getting in, it’s hard to find somewhere to park and makes it a little less convenient. Overall great experience though.
I ordered delivery through the website. Easy and straight forward. The fees were better than ordering from a delivery service. I've eaten here twice, ordering the protein bowls. These are SO delicious! Very affordable prices. The proportions are great and you can substitute grains for sweet potato hash, which I did and it's so flavorful! I recommend this place 100 percent
Loved our experience! Delightful lunch with a menu with a great variety of item. The selection has a wide range of items.Everything was freshly made and delicious. There is a large outdoor seating area on the side as well as in the front of the diner. And plenty of seating indoors was well.It’s decor was enjoyable and as entertaining as the menu.Parking was extremely challenging so be prepared to possibly walk if needed. This area is filled with local little shops so after a nice meal you can stroll and enjoy your afternoon. If you are looking for a change of pace and want to experience something new - this is the Place to Visit.
Nicely located in the downtown Chandler district. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly. We went there at least 10 times and the food is pretty consistent. I really like the fact that they have forbidden rice as an option for the teriyaki protein bowl. Forbidden rice is good!! I think the tile flooring is from the original building. Nice decorations all around and they have outdoor seating when the weather is nice.
I had the avocado toast and added ham it was delicious!! I also ordered the malt chocolate protein shake with cold brew. I ordered ahead and just picked up, would love to stay and eat next time I loved the whole vibe! They had my order ready surprisingly quick. I don’t know if time of day had anything to do with it, I’ll have to try again during lunch. Thanks guys!!
The restaurant is nice and pretty Bieber. We got 2 salads the Dutch and the Asian. The Asian salad had chunks of carrots which usually are shredded. There was middle parts of the romaine lettuce underneath all the mixed greens. I was quite disappointed with the salads and the price i paid. I may have to stay with Salad & Go salads if this happens again. I’ve been going to Origjnal Chop shop in scottsdale for years since we have a property near old town. Just moved to chandlerThe best thing of our meal was the cookie. Thanks and I’ll have to be specific with my order next time. Great location but the food was not the same quality as the scottsdale location.
It’s either pretty good or not at all worth the price. This is a sandwich we ordered for over $10 - Barely any meat or toppings. You’d get more in a protein bowl for the same price.
I love this place! The food is so tasty! The service is great! If I could come here everyday I would! The app is great as well the only thing I would change is the option to go half sweet potato hash and brown rice (like you can in store). The atmosphere is light and fun! Great place to grab lunch with a friend and talk! ☺️ 10/10 will continue to recommend!
This whole restaurant is very nice. The ambience is relaxing and the food is delicious. I opted for a gluten free wrap, and it was amazing. The prices were reasonable too. Strongly recommend trying out this restaurant if you are in the area!
I usually love this place, the food is good and the setting is adorable. However, my most recent experience was a huge disappointment. I decided to order curbside pickup at their original Chandler location. Ordering online was smooth, but upon arrival there was no designated parking spot for Chop Shop curbside pickup, and every parking spot nearby was full! I drove around for ten minutes until I found a spot. In that time, I called the store, as was instructed, SEVEN TIMES! No answer. Eventually I have to get down and go into the store. Id assumed that they were just busy and couldn't get to the phone...Nope! Place was empty and the front register person was just standing there daydreaming. I told her I was there for a curbside pickup and that nobody was answering the phone. She glanced to the phones and looked back at me and said, nonchalantly, "Oh....I guess they're off..." What??? How can your store phones be off? She pulled my order from under the counter and I asked how long they've been there, since the website said it'd be ready by 3:07, and by that time it was 3:30, and she said, "Umm....not that long.." I'm angry but I take the food and trust it's still warm when I get home. It wasn't. My food was cold, nor was it good. I was excited for the soft sweet potato hash I ordered, but they were hard and undercooked and...cold. Chop Shop really let me down this time with their careless service from their employees. I will not be ordering online again. However, this slip up hasn't lost me entirely, and I will still dine in when I'm in town.
