Our server was fantastic his name is Ocean. What a wonderful and fun young man. The food was great as always. If you can get a fantastic server like we did and put it with great food you can't go wrong. We will go back to this Olive garden and ask for this young man he made our visit very special. On Jun 21 2022, we had late lunch at 2:57pm. At table 253 server Shannon K. We ordered soup and salad with their light dressing on salad. The salad was crisp and soup hot.. Shannon was very pleasant and efficient. She kept checkvon our table offering refill of soup or salad. When we return we will request Shannon's section.
This is a place for a quick lunch , no waiting time and pretty fast service. You can get their lunch special for $9.99 and it is unlimited soup and salad plus their bread. I was not a fan of their dippings so I preferred the bread alone . It was good , I wish it had a little more aroma. Anyway , no complain here. I would go back for sure.
Customer service was a delight. The service was very consistent, and staff was very welcoming and friendly. The wait time was very low, and the food and appetizers tasted excellent! I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for family fun or a night out with friends or a loved one. The Watermelon Sangria Moscato is a drink I recommend as well. The flavor profile is paired well with Fried Calamari! I am definitely coming back!
This is the first time this location let me down. We kept getting day old breadsticks. The first batch I was able to salvage the middle by breaking off the ends. But they were still stale. The 2nd batch were overcooked and nasty. I think the server should have made sure the food he was bringing out was quality, just as much as the kitchen staff.There were 6 of us put in a booth, which was uncomfortable because we really didn't have elbow room to eat and enjoy our meals.
Salad and soups are not as fresh when I ordered them in the evening. They are definitely fresher in the morning or noon. Love the service, people are always courteous here.
Friday night at 6:00 and the place is slammed. Our party of five ended up waiting 45 minutes for a table. That's ok, we were expecting a wait. The staff really needs to be commended. These are dedicated people who thrive in a crazy busy, crazy tough and challenging environment. Every employee we saw or interacted with was pleasant and professional. The food is always good and the portions satisfying at Olive Garden. Last night was no exception. We were all pleased. I had the salmon and my wife had the eggplant parm (marinara sauce on the side - which is why there's none in my pic). Her eggplant was perfectly crispy. My salmon was moist and packed with flavor. Olive Garden embraces technology and the phone app that lets you know how many people are ahead of you on the wait list is cool.
We showed up but their entire waiting area was full, we didn't even bother pushing our way though to the hostess. We turned around, went back to our car, and placed a mobile to go order.The Togo wait was 30 min, so not bad considering that was probably how long it would be to get seated inside. We had just enough time to go to cold stone in the same parking lot while we waited ?I also think it is worth noting their girl running curbside has a great personality for it. She was fast, pleasant, and the order was 100% accurate so kudos to their kitchen team also!
My husband and I came here last night and sat at the bar for a full service dining experience since there was a bit of a wait for the booths. Trent, the bartender, was absolutely wonderful! He was so enthusiastic, nice, and attentive to ALL of the patrons at the bar. He made sure to introduce himself to everybody that sat down and was taking orders left and right and making drinks for all. It was such a great experience and he truly cares about providing such an amazing experience for the customer. We definitely will be back - THANK YOU TRENT!!
My husband and I went here this past week on a date night and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The bartender gave us a real good choice in wine. We were able to sit and chat and enjoy a really nice glass on wine. I am looking forward to returning and tasting the food.
