Food itself was good as always and the place looked clean but service the day we went was below par. It’s a shame, the location looks beautiful. It was late so I would understand things being slow but this was just not a good day. When we came in the table looked clean, and we felt very welcome and were looking forward to dinner. Then the server comes out with my sister’s food and drops it on the floor. Which hey, it was late and accidents happen so I didn’t think much of it. They cleaned it up quickly and brought out another plate. Later though, 30 minutes roll around and I still haven’t gotten my soup yet, everyone else gets their food. Usually the soup is one of the first things that come out when I order at Olive Garden. Normally I might not mind but like I said, it was late and I had been hungry for more than a while. We had to ask another server to get the soup ready, I assume our waitress forgot it. Got the soup, it was good and I thought things were going smoothly. Then our waitress comes back to refill water. And she spills it right on the floor and some splashes on me. And just keeps pouring. At least try to apologize or acknowledge the water is overflowing from the cup and onto the floor please. I figure it must have been a long night so I didn’t say anything. Then after that, an employee carrying a trash can runs into my mom with it. At least this person apologized. So hey at least we got to eat and they said free dessert as compensation. So I’m thinking okay, I’ll take it. Our waitress asks if we want strawberry topping on the cheesecake. We say yes. The cheesecake comes out with no strawberries. Why did you ask? Now I’m thinking I’ve had a long night, we tidied up and left soon after. Overall, I can’t say it’s a great experience but at least I got to eat dinner.
This place has always been very delicious! But since prices have gone up we don't eat at this place alot anymore but when we do they always satisfy us with their service and how good their food will always be!
As always, amazing food and great service, we ordered from lunch options and it was a great portion, big enough but on a cheaper price. (Which was GREAT!) We also ordered some delicious mozzarella sticks, great appetizer to start with. As always, really enjoyed the salad and bread sticks, everything is very good here. Also, this time, we ordered Rum Punch and a Margarita which came with a shot of Amaretto to be added or drinked as desired, cocktails were delicious.
Breadsticks were not packed in a bag to keep them warm, not sure if it is new packaging but definitely a miss. Food was good. Hearty portions and I did like the to you packaging for the salad.
I love this Olive Garden! Food is always good! Service is always good too! Kelly is the best waitress EVER! She is kind, accurate and exceptional at her job! She is one of the reasons we keep coming back!
Took a friend had unlimited soup and salad,calimari staff was very friendly and polite
The minestrone soup was delicious. The shrimp scampi was okay. I ordered it to keep my calorie count low.
When we got there we had to wait like 10 minutes for the table to be ready. We got a good waiter named Ryan, he was very friendly. He went above and beyond for my niece wanted grapes and it was going to be extra he got a little side dish at no extra charge. We got food fast and it was delicious, it was my mom's birthday we got a donut dessert with chocolate sauce, the bathroom was very clean. All in all no complaints.
Everything came out at the same time.Appetizer/ Salads/ drinks and meal.And the server had and attitude! I didn’t ask her to get a job here! She slamming plates right now as I type. smh
Olive Garden is my children's go to for their birthday. We always get Free dessert. Italian donut dipped in raspberry and chocolate sauce is oir favorite. I always love their Zupa Tuscana, that I sometimes reolicate it at home. We try to get different pasta everytime we go. This time it's Rigatoni with grilled chicken and Alfredo sauce, Rigatoni with ground beef and marinara sauce and Ravioli. This place is clean and served is very attentive.
