Frustrating! Every time at the Queen Creek, Chandler location I try to come here, there's an issue. Coming to pick up Juice Clense for tomorrow. Knew they closed at 7 and I left home at 6:30. Called and there was no answer...not even a voice mail etc. Wanted to call ahead to let them know I was on the way as well as place additional order. Got there at 6:42 pm. During their business hours. This time, they were closed due to iteam meeting. Really wish someone would have answered the phone and let me know so I didn't waste my time nor my gas. This isn't a 3 strikes abd out scenario...its more like 13. Time to look for alternatives.
I ordered a smoothie and I waited 45 minutes for it. It was melted and slushy. Not the best experience. Can't taste the elderberry add-on either.I used to order the Toxin Flush, but not anymore. The last few times, the taste was off, in a bad way.The ginger lemon shot seems weak. Missing the spicy bite of the ginger.Questionable freshness of the ingredients and the training of the staff.
I order a couple juices and paid ahead.. my order was given to another customer per an employee, horrible customer service, manager was too busy to give refund at the time and the employee told me refund will be given when manager has time..
The juice I ordered was good, but no customer service. The girl was rude and definitely gave me a look that could kill. Also didn’t say a word. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but I don’t think I’ll go back to this location.
I guess if you want a little extra protein go to Nekter ?
Had the Berry Banana smoothie, something was definitely weird with the taste, I dunno if it's the agave nectar but it tasted like plastic to me. It wasn't horrible overall but there was always this like plastic aftertaste.Kid got the same thing & said it tasted like the ones we make at home (from frozen, BTW & for a fraction of the price).I don't think I would go here again & if I did, I'd try somethin else.No complaints on service but also nothing special. Every time I order one of the fresh juices larger than that small size it’s so sweet i can’t drink it. Is it customary to add sweetener? It seems like they are filled halfway with a syrup. It’s very confusing but the small size taste perfect.
