Have been ordering for months via Uber and the quality and accuracy have gone steadily downhill. I've tried calling (either no answer or a mailbox and I never get a reply); emailed corporate (still no answer after over a week); and reported many times to Uber (credited for error). I don't know how to get a message to these guys that they are messing up terribly!
I’ve been going here for years I love their smoothies so much but it’s not even worth it anymore with how rude their employees are for no reason.. Horrible customer service almost every time I’ve been that’s why I usually order online. The Ray location specifically.They messed up my order today, went back in to get it fixed and it was packed so I decided to drive to the one at chandler mall to try there. The one by chandler mall is way better, they fixed the issue right away and were so kind to me! Much better experience and customer service I will be coming to this one from now on
The customer service is not good, when they are busy they don’t even acknowledge the people waiting in line. They just keep working until you say something to them then they want to tell you to give them one moment. The owner of the store needs to teach them the BASICS of customer service.

I have always enjoyed Nekter and particularly this location. Will continue to come back. HUGE shout out to the manager, Anthony for helping me out. The kindness will not be forgotten!
Great healthy food. Love using the app to just order and quickly pick-up in store.
Good juices and smoothies. The last time I was in there the juice was super watery so they made me another one.
It's a great way to jump start your day!! My wife and I love the ABB Bowl with Greenie Up added for a Powerhouse of nutrients. Always a nice treat!YUM!!
