Called at 6:30pm to place an order because the mobile app wasn’t offering the immunity bowl that I usually get. The young lady said they don’t take call in orders and that I had to use the app. When I explained the app didn’t have what I wanted she said it’s probably because the app stops taking orders after 6:30pm, which made zero sense. She suggested I just come in and place my order in person, which I didn’t have time for so I just went to Protein House instead since they do take call in orders. Not sure why they can’t call in orders like every other place especially when they know their app isn’t working correctly.
This place is SO FREAKING GOOD!!! I got the açaí bowl with peanut butter and green apples, etc. I ate the entire thing… and you get a good amount for the cost! Wish they were in the same town I live in… will have to drive to Seattle if I get a strong enough craving when I get back home!
I love the company and the product but the plant location is problematic. They often don’t have mobile ordering available. On several occasions they have refused to make a juice 15-20 minutes prior to close because they already cleaned the machines. Also, they still are not offering the 32oz juices due to a cup shortage even with other locations accommodating the orders by using 16oz cups.
Ridiculous - waited over 30 minutes for one bowl. Understaffed massively and very inefficient.
I ordered and arrived after my scheduled pick up time. Order was not ready. They did not have large cups so I received two small which is the same oz. I was disappointed that only half of my cups were filled and the other half was foam. Very disappointed for my first experience and the cost paid. I should have known better when I walked away and the cups felt really light.
I was there this evening and no employee to be seen. I finally seen to teenage girls in the back on there phone's and having a beverage. I totally understand that the teenager's can't be without there phone's and social media but pay attention and take a peak once in a while to see if you have any customer's.
I’ve never been that impressed with Nekter but today I was disappointed. I got the dragon fruit bowl. The actual smoothie part of the bowl was kind of brown, the fruit on top was rotten, and some toppings were left out. Normally it wouldn’t be that big of a deal but if I am paying $10 for a bowl I don’t want rotten fruit. I won’t be returning to Nekter, I’m sure there’s better smoothie places out there.
I’m never one too take time out of my day to leave bad reviews but every time I come here I specifically ask for extra pineapple on the top and bottom of my bowls, and it’s almost as if they deliberately do not listen to a simple request. The past 4-5 times I’ve been it’s the same thing. You would think waiting 15-20 minutes would give enough time to make it correctly, and by that time I’m not trying to wait any longer by asking them to remake it. Again, not trying to be a Karen but this is so irritating at this point ?
Found some inconsistencies in flavor. Also the queue was very large. Good taste though.
My favorite juice bar - it is a little on the expensive side but I don’t mind paying the price for freshly made juice to my liking.
