This was not a great experience which was a bummer. We used to love eating here but recently the wings have been under cooked and they changed there mozzarella sticks and they are just not as good as they used to be. Also why is it hard to get carrot sticks? That really shouldn't be hard to get.
This native grill was very hot and humid inside.. the good was good and the service girl was very nice and polite to us..
It is so refreshing to have excellent customer service. So many businesses are struggling to keep employees and keep doors open, so prompt and excellent service has been especially difficult to accomplish. Cruz (manager at the Gilbert and Germann location) is an amazing asset to Native. He not only goes around to ensure the customers are having a good experience, but he also is intuitive to his staff and promptly recognizes when someone needs some help. He is in tune with the whole operation and has a great energy and attitude. He's great!!
Went to Native after a long hiatus and the food wasn’t what I remember. It wasn’t busy at all, didn’t have to wait for a table at peak dinner time, and service was good. I was really looking forward to delicious spicy wings and they were just ok, I remember native wings being spicy and delicious. The sauce didn’t have much of a taste at all, almost seemed watered down. Guess we’ll have another bit of a hiatus and try again at another time.
Pizza came out perfect, wings were good.... alot better then the queencreek location
Ordered take out. 1/2 the order was missing. Don’t order the chicken sliders. Frozen and barely heated chicken and brown lettuce. Oddly the best thing was the cheese pizza. Basically school cafeteria pizza. But better than the rest of the order.
Love native been coming here for years. The wings have always been my favorite. Friday nights are chill for karaoke and I love the happy hour drink specials. This location specifically is nicer and has a great atmosphere.
You think for spending $73 they’d make it worthwhile or at least give you what you wanted. Some type of effort. Asked for extra saucy got dry wings. Asked for potato skins well done got under cooked potatoes. Asked for a large dinner salad got a container half full.
I was really upset the bartender Byron said it was last call and would not serve us a drink which I was fine with but he went back to the bar and serving everyone there who happen to be white and of coarse we were not white . It was way after closing time like 20 minutes after and he was still serving his white customers. He also had a customer he knew that had a dog and the dog was roaming all over the restaurant coming to our table that should not have been allowed. I hope you tend to this matter soon . The waiter although was awesome
Early dinner here had few other patrons. This was why we felt okay to dine in. The food was delicious and plentiful. Our waitress was a joy. They have many choices on the menu, but don’t miss the wings!
