Clean, quick, and good service. Food was okay too.

This McDonald’s in particular is always closed for walk up service. I use a bicycle to commute and they won’t let you bike or walk through the drive thru, so no food. I’ve experienced this at very odd times to have a lobby closed, 6:30AM on a Monday morning, 8:30PM on a weekend, not Sunday. I’ve complained only to hear they are short staffed but my argument is;what’s the difference between drive thru and lobby customers? Whichever you limit, the count will still be the same or close to at the end of the ghost shift. Personally, I think it’s the employees doing and once management shows suddenly everything is open, systems are back online. I’d give zero stars if it allowed

Very slow in the drive thur and not very pleasant. The sandwiches were old and hard. McDonalds has really suffered the last 2 years.

The manager on duty was very pleasant and compensated well when my order was placed incorrectly and all my items were not received. Would definitely return here because of her!

The service here is horrible! I ordered 2 spicy McChicken sandwiches which were advertised on the drive through board as 2 for $2.50 and the attendant says that they no longer offer it. When I said it's advertised as such I was told there is nothing that can be done about it and that it really doesn't make much of a difference at $3! The management just looked at me like a deer in headlights, PATHETIC!

I ordered an iced tea. That’s it. The manager saw the drink and told his staff to make me a new one cause it looked old/ coloration was off. They told me to wait in parking spot 1 and they will have it out in two minutes. It’s been 15 minutes. Extremely disappointing.

they lock the doors when it's 8 15 am ? I assume because they don't have enough employees.

Stopped by this morning, through the drive thru. The man at the window didnt acknowledge me at any point during the transaction? He took my payment and I was at the window for about 4 mins. I thanked him twice, zero response, zero eye contact. I was a shift manager, at 21, and never treated customers this way. I know how busy it can get but there's always time for curtesy ...esp if you'd like repeat customers. There are def other breakfast places that would've liked the business.

It's always been decent but tonight I found three king hairs in my chicken nuggets and weighing my burger as I took a bite.... long black hair.....

Friday 4/1/22 I was the 2nd car in the line at drive through at 5am when they opened. I ordered a 2 for $4.50 special. I paid with a card and received no receipt but was told the total. When I arrived at work I checked my account and saw I was charged $12.71 on my card. I called the store immediately and he said their was nothing he could do. Sorry!ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
