McDonald's Corporation is an American-based multinational fast food chain, founded in 1940 as a restaurant operated by Richard and Maurice McDonald, in San Bernardino, California, United States. They rechristened their business as a hamburger stand, and later turned the company into a franchise, with the Golden Arches logo being introduced in 1953 at a location in Phoenix, Arizona on Central Ave and Indian School Rd, also the very first McDonald's drive thru (see pictures from 1954). $0.15 fifteen cents for a hamburger! In 1955, Ray Kroc, a businessman, joined the company as a franchise agent and proceeded to purchase (steal) the chain from the McDonald brothers. 3rd time at the Tavern doing the sip n stay. Its well worth the visit. Nics Restaurant is excellent. We will surely return.
WORST PLACE EVER!! Placed a mobile order and they said I still had a balance to pay. Paid in cash for my order and they still charged my card. Now won’t refund me because they only have receipt of paying by card but I gave them cash and money in hand (even received change from them) but now they say they can’t refund me anything. Hung up on me while asking for the refund and didn’t answer when I tried calling back and on the second time of trying to call back they just put the phone off the hook because it keeps giving me the busy sign. Took my money and won’t even take responsibility.
I work very early in the mornings, so I came twice last week at around 3am, approximately. Both times no one served me at the drive through. The door was locked. I drove past the window, and I don’t know how you miss an entire car stopped there when I saw people moving around, but no one tried to serve me. I had spoken into the drive through to get someone’s attention, but I got no response. I considered honking but I didn’t want to be rude. Please update hours if this is not a 24-hour location.
HORRIBLE for delivery drivers. They make the order and stick the bags behind the wall. No one comes out and checks to see if the drivers are there.Takes forever to get someone's attention.
Got McDoubles for a quick lunch on the go, sandwiches were as good as usual, but not worth their new higher price. The sign on the drink machine said, no refills due to Covid-19, seriously? The cup pushes the dispenser levers, there is no hand contact. Tables were not clean and children climbing on the play stuff, if they were really worried about Covid-19.
This place in the morning is not the place to start ur day the older lady that took my order was off in lala land becuz what I order they only got half right the other half of my order was something else then the older lady at the window wanted to get all rude n tell me I order what she gave me it's like did I order or did she so I go in so the people behind me can at least get there order and here this lady is being rude like I messed it up what she needs is a mop cuz her customer service skills are the worse
Price....... ouch! But hey, its McDonald's. Food never is hot or warm. It's been years to get hot food. The cheese is never even melted. 4 star's because the staff gives it 100%
When I came in to this location at 6:16 am, the elder lady wearing a pure shirt was actually rude. The food was perfect. But, no welcome in or anything. On top of that, I dont like her attitude. I use to work in the food industry and that's not how you treat your customers. Last but not least, she tossed my order on the counter like it's nothing.
Food was good and service was OK. I had an electronic coupon that I used. Shortly after starting my order she leave and goes in the back. When she returns she completes my order. When I get my order the items I ordered before she left were not included. I had to wait in the long morning line and reorder the missing items.
