Came here on a Friday night and dear God this drive thru is extremely slow. I was inline for over 30 minutes just to order food. I know places are slow with help these days but on a Friday night the owner doesn't seem to care . I was worried that by the time I made it to order they would say they were closedDefinitely avoid this place late at night on uh weekends
I don’t even know how this location is still in business! The employees are always rude, nonprofessional, no customer service skills and very immature!! Even the managers that they have on duty throughout the night!!! The food is never fresh, even when you ask for it to be freshly made, your order is never correct, even when they repeat it a thousand times and has it right on the receipt, the employees on the intercom is very rude!! Did I mention that the “ice cream” machine is never working? Then they make up their own rules on when they want to accept cash only, very inconvenient and inconsistent when they’re make up random times to do so and never the same times.
If you come here at midnight or later, be prepared to spend up to an hour in the drive through. Also, they probably will only be accepting cash, which you won't know until you reach the menu and you are asked if cash is ok. I suspect they only stay open to take advantage of Doordash and other food delivery services, and couldn't care less about regular customers.
Warning if you use your rewards or McDonald’s coupons CHECK YOUR FOOD. I go there all the time and recently it’s gotten worse they put extra mustard or give you barley cooked Pattie’s. Gone as far as putting extra salt on fries. Done eating here at this location
Worst McDonald experience ever. Waited 40 minutes on drive through when there where only 6 cars ahead of us. We ordered a mobile order and when we got to the window, they couldn’t find the order and didn’t have it ready. They didn’t say thank you or apologize for missing out order and have us wait that much time. Never going back.
A quick meal on the go, ordered two different chicken meals. Service was fast, friendly, and hot. Being Trans and in a domestic relationship, my husband and I had gotten the usual OMG glares and EEEW remarks... Live and Let Live!
Hello, I would like to inform you that my mother and father was at this location on 5/17/2022, they pulled in the drive through. They had no problem paying, however she advised me the lady that was at the window handing out food and drinks was very rude. My mother let the worker at the window know her “Frappe” was melted she became very irritated with her. The lady then dropped my mothers drink all over her and, and when my mom let her know it’s spilling. The lady very irritated walked away. Hospitality is everything and this store seems to lack.
I would like everyone to know that this McDonald's is the most pleasant I have ever been to. And I usually don't have any expectations when I go to McDonalds but was very surprised by the wonderful customer service from the people at the drive thru. This Big Mac also looks like it was generously plucked from a McDonald's commercial. I don't know how they did it and made it look so pristine but they did and I'm very proud of them. 5 stars.
Garbage location. I know it’s mcdonalds so expectations are pretty low, but apparently they only accept cash? Even if I submit and order in the app? But grubhub and ubereats orders work fine? Not sure what kind of scam bulls*** they’re running over there.
i waited too long for my food. I waited 20 mins for my food and the reason was "so we could have hot fries" . when we paid for the big Mac bundle ... our bigmacs and chicken nuggets got cold for french fries.... the workers were extremely slow .. .
