Decent Mexican fare. Can be hit or miss with the quality of meat, however. Otherwise, I would rather it higher. I like their rolled tacos.

I'm a foodie and have a good nose for food.I ordered a Carnitas plate with corn tortillas.Upon unwrapping the tortillas I immediately noticed a sour smell coming from the tortillas.Finding mold on the tortilla confirmed the smell.I can't stand restaurants that use expired ingredients in order to turn more profit.
If you like Filiberto's, then you'll love this place even more. The Carne asada burrito, with their green and red sauce drizzled into each bite, is a craving that I have often, and often filled, staff is very professional, fast, and the order is never wrong or disappointing like other places. Its always busy here. So be prepared for that. But it moves quick and the food is good. My fav thing to order is ground beef tacos. Or rolled tacos. Consistent food quality.
Tasted good. Sad to see how expensive the food is now. I'm gonna have to just start making stuff at home. We got two meals and a Lingua taco and it was over 30 bucks. Chips and guacamole is 6.75They were busy here so it must all be good and people still have some money to spare and eat out , so that's good. Just not sure I want to spend this much on rolled tacos and some small carne asada tacos. We did even get drinks. 34.00 is a lot of a lunch. Just my opinion though. I guess it's hard for me because I know how much I spend at the grocery store to make these items.

The Gilbert Rd Los Favoritos team is quick! On the weekends they get extremely busy with the breakfast crowd and they do a good job of keeping up with dine-in and take out orders. Due to the limited space, I always call in my order to go. I always order a chorizo burrito with beans added and a carne asada burrito with potatoes and beans added. Their red sauce is not hot but just spicy enough to add a little kick to your burrito. The menudo is also great if you're looking for something outside of the holidays. There is plenty of on-site parking and they accept cash and credit.
Food was good. Service was fast.Too bad there was a very loud female employee in the back somewhere who was talking about her personal life and loudly broadcasting drinking too much and vomiting. Very inappropriate for patrons to hear in the dining room. Made a very unappetizing environment.
Best breakfast burritos in the area. Fast service and consistent food.
