Our whole experience at Longhorn was 100% excellent. Great service, great staff. Our waitress was on point, made sure we had everything we needed. The manager Steve went out of his way to find out information for us and even gave us free appetizers for our next visit there, and when we go with our girls back home in Rancho. It was my birthday, and they were kind enough to take pictures of us and send them to us free of charge. Than on top of that, the food was delicious. The salmon that my girlsfriend ordered was delicious, and the Outlaw Ribeye was like butter and tasted amazing. Such a great experience and we cannot wait to go back. Which we will.
I should probably give them 4 stars but I can' bring myself to do that. The food is great, always us. The staff is friendly and caring, always are. I can't seem to get the extra butter I always request. ALWAYS. So, this time we asking for more when we picked up so the poor staff member had to run back in to get it. We also received no utensils nor napkins. We were in a hotel so this was a problem. We had planned to be eating this meal so we had brought a steak knife and real forks from home in our suitcase. We were good. Anyone else probably not. Not sure why takeout staff is not thinking this through. It's a simple job to remember the basics. I would most likely just go through my bag when picking up and make them run back in a couple times to get your butter and utensils.
Steak was lovely. Seasoned just right. But the broccoli was a fail. So salty it left a sour taste in the mouth.They were out of baked potatoes at 6pm on a Monday. I get supply chain difficulty but there's a grocery across the street. It was probably a manager type who fixed it. She didn't seem to know about being sold out.Our service wasn't great. We waited for refills and dessert. Several other servers came to help us. But our server did show up with the check. We enjoyed this place previously but tonight we felt like we missed out.
I ordered the 28-30oz T Bone which came out perfect & cooked to a perfection. The side dishes ordered were mashed potatoes & Broccoli, both came out good.
Awesome, food, service. Portions were excellent! Now listen to your customers, Queen Creek needs a Longhorn Steakhouse, you won't be able to build one big enough! Trust me great choice for expansion!
Local dining out place.Good quality for price.Short of staffs so had to wait about 20 minutes even tables were available.
Prices are reasonable. 6 oz. Filet mignon and a lobster tail for abot $33. A side and a salad come with the entrees. The strawberry pecan salad is an upgraded salad ($2.97).
Had the 22oz Ribeye,was awesome very tender.
This place is great! From the moment we walked in everyone was polite. The meat was cooked perfect my compliments to the chef on this date. I would shake his or her hand if I was allowed in the kitchen. ❤️
Food was delicious ?.. very clean. Staff was friendly and they helped each other.The shrimp appetizer is a must try if you love shrimp ? ?. Best shrimp dish we ever had !!!
