Great wings and pizza! Customer service is great. Definitely 5 stars. Don't have to wait very long for food. It comes out fast and tasty!
I've always liked eating at Long Wongs!!! My favorite food are chicken wings! And thr fried ZUCCHINI IS AWESOME!! And Long Wongs on Arizona Avenue are the best!

I ordered with DoorDash and asked for extra crispy and sauce on the side for my wings.It didn’t happen.Their wings are really good as long as you dine in.Won’t order again since a simple request can’t be followed.
Dont get me wrong, the food is amazing. Best wings in town. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, they never answer the phone, hardly look at online orders leaving you to have to walk in to order and wait 30-40 minutes to get your food. This place would be amazing if they got a better system
I’ve never even left a review on a place before until now because this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I waited an hour for my order and it still wasn’t even ready! the girl who took my order didn’t even remember she took my order and asked me 5 times what I ordered and I told her 5 times what I ordered and she still kept asking me what I ordered. She kept saying they didn’t know where my ticket went but she had told me 20 minutes prior to that it would be right out and I didn’t even want it anymore at that point so I asked for a refund and they took another 15 minutes to give me my refund! Wasted so much of my time. Go to any other location if you’re craving it because any one is better than this one. Worst location I’ve ever been to.
It was my first time ordering Long Wong's and I have to give it 3 stars. I ordered mozarella sticks, which were pretty good! But the chicken tenders were way too crispy, burnt and hard to bite on some sides. Sad :(
If you can spare the three hour wait time to receive your food give it a try. Heard it's not bad if your willing to wait an several hours. Bring a book or long movie and perhaps a few snacks because you won't get your food anytime soon
Not the best experience, the cashier charged my card $91.24 instead of $31.24. I wouldn't have been to upset about if she didn't laugh about it but it just rubbed me wrong!
Hate to rate just 3 stars. The wings were good, but a tad over cooked. My fries were way over cooked and the meal was sent out in pieces. Didn't get my fries Until I was done with my wings. I'd like to give them another shot since I've always been a long wings fan. ??♂️
