1st time to Lenny's. I had a wonderful experience from ordering to eating! everyone was so nice and my good was delicious! I will be back . my new fav burger place!
I had originally left a ONE star review because of the experience that my wife and I had on our first visit. The owner had personally called me and invited us back to make our first visit right. I told her we would take her up on that offer, so we came back. The food was AMAZING. The garlic mushroom burger was great. The fries were good. The manager that was working tonight asked how the food was and if he could anything else for us or if we needed anything. The food is cooked right in front of you and you can see that it is flame broiled. I am glad we gave you guys a second first chance. We will be back to support our local family owned businesses. Thank you for inviting us back to your place of business we were not disappointed this time around.
This is an updated review. My family has been coming to this location for awhile now. Their drive thru takes time expect to be in line for at least 15 mins. This last experience was a turning sign of the location poor performance. We ordered at 7:49pm and received our food at 8:15. When the lady only gave 3/5 drinks I had a feeling things weren't going to be right. All 5 of our burgers were burnt. The patties were thinner than than usual. The didn't sub my onion rings like I asked. The staff seems young & clueless. It is visits like these when I take my $50+ purchases else where.
I have been to the one in Phoenix several times but never even knew this location existed. Just as good as the other location and now I've got another great burger joint to visit when in this part of town.

Waited nearly an hour to get my food. When I was putting my order in the kids were obviously joking around and my order wasn't put in right. I sat at the drive through long enough to watch them dance around, eat ice cream, and be on their phones. I eventually decided to park. Walked in and they had forgotten about our order completely. Finally we got our order get back to the car and it was wrong, by this point we had repeated our order at least 5 times. When I walked in and told them, and I will admit I lectured them because they should be more careful with people's orders, the kid decided to give attitude. And now after all that I have food that is not worth while at all. My burger is not cooked right, soggy, and has everything I didn't want in it.
This is by far the best burger place in all of chandler, hell maybe the world. I swear to God if this establishment goes under i will burn down the entire city of chandler. Do not test me. You've been warned.*try the banana shakes (to die for)*EDIT: nevermind. Only thing really good anymore seems to be the shakes. Now I'm perplexed...
Just sat in drive through for 30 mins. Only one car in front of me. Waiting for 2 cheeseburgers with fries that were cold when i got home. I only live 5 mins away, makes no sense. I don’t ever leave reviews but this was ridiculous, wont be back.
Everytime we come here it takes so long. We ordered 3 shakes and waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. They need better management. Have the bigger orders pull to the side. Seriously! Takes longer than a sit down restaurant.. Won't be coming back unless we have major time to kill.
The food was great and affordable. The Dinning area is so 50"s. Great place to take your family or just a hangout joint..
