i frequent this place often because the menu items are good and the prices are reasonable. but honestly the customer service is the most mediocre and borderline rude thing ever. we went in this evening and a new guy who was tall and wearing a hat was suuuper friendly and provided great customer service!! he definitely brightens up the place and makes going in more enjoyable compared to going in and the other workers giving you major attitude or the most stale expression.

Hugo Good Customer Service! Friendly guy! New to Area! Came inside for a Agua Fresca but they didn’t have my kind but their fruit one is very good very tasty! I ordered a dozen of tamales the corn one and the chicken Verde very tasty will order again! My new place yummy! Very clean inside.

I'm giving them 5 stars because everything they offer on the menu is delicious . La Michoacana is definitely a staple to our city and you know you're from Chandler if you know exactly where its at. Now with that being said its really sad that SOME of the girls/women you have working there either hate their job or have NO customer service ethic at all, its disappointing to be rushed as to what you want and them having an attitude if you ask for them to tweak something . We get that sometimes there are long lines etc but a smile once in a while or at least saying "thank you for coming in" would be nice not feeling like coming in to your business is an inconvenience to your workers. We visited last night 10/18/2021 around 8 pm the two younger girls working were rude and offered really poor service. One of them not even using gloves when scooping ice cream .
