Hands down the best sushi outside of the Bay Area that I’ve ever had. Also the best service at a restaurant. The owner came out, sat with us, talked with us and made us laugh. When you go, be sure to try the OMG. It’s awesome
The sushi was top tier. My wife and I tend to get 4 to 5 plates of sushi at other places and only were able to finish 3 here. Sushi is filling and has a quality you can taste.Their server Timmy Is top tier and made our experience amazing. We will be going back for sure.

In my opinion, this is the best sushi place in the area. I have been numerous times and will continue to visit this restaurant. The service and quality of sashimi is always excellent. If you want better value, going for the lunch specials or during happy hour will make it that much more worth it.
Should’ve left when my glass of water tasted like it came from their fish tank. The pineapple chicken came with no chicken, no pineapple and shrimp. At least they were jumbo shrimp? The staff should warn you or there should be a disclaimer that their rice for sushi is purple. Perhaps the wait staff could lead with “Have you dined with us before?” I’m all for funky but it ruined my appetite.
This is my favorite place to go for sushi. All of the rolls are delicious and I've always had really great service here.

I love this place. It is welcoming and friendly. It’s the kind of place you’d go to for a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner. Staff is incredibly friendly. Our waitress Michelle, was awesome. You can feel her big smile even behind the mask. Even the owner stop by and chats and make you feel welcome.The food is incredible. There is the basic rolls and then there are some unusual and creative ones. Everything we tried was great.This will be a regular for me and my family
We used to come here when it was Otaku and it was our favorite place. Kodo is equally amazing! We love love love their purple rice and a few of our favorite dishes include spicy garlic edamame, seared salmon sushi (and So many other sushi roles), special fried rice and the list goes on and on. A must try!
