The food is so delicious here! Slightly pricey but I've deemed it worth it for the occasional treat. ?It is busy during the lunch rush. The employee that helped us was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. We ordered take out and unfortunately did not realize until we got home that we were shorted one of our desserts. Total bummer because their desserts are bomb and it's an add on to the meal.

Came in a half hour after open. The pastry case wasn’t stocked, they had limited coffee/espresso offerings, general cleanliness of the store was pretty bad (the half and half portions were covered in dried coffee, food areas and tables weren’t wiped down, etc.), and no WiFi was present. I’ll try again in a few months as I love this chain when I visit in Salt Lake City, but for now it was a big disappointment.

Update: I have updated my review because the restaurant contacted me and was very pleasant. They even comped me for the mistake. Really appreciate the good follow up.$22.00 for a pastry, tea and a salad. Forgot the avacado on my turkey, bacon and avacado salad. And...no ranch dressing for my salad. Very disappointed that I have to eat a dry salad.

Best soup in chandler! Hot and tasty and ready really quick. We always love their broccoli cheddar soup. Tastes homemade and helps when the kids in the house don't feel well. We will always get our soup here!

I completely understand you only have 2 people but placed online order at 10AM. Arrive at 10:30 for pickup, wait until 10:52AM and get told sorry no eta… but everyone walking in your making food for. Makes no sense, it was 2 items..

Stopped in around 10;30 am, friendly greeting from staff. Ordered cranberry orange muffin top, and s chocolate chunk cookie for my husband. Service was fast found muffin to be a little dry, same with cookie.Would go back and try them again.

Love, love, love the key lime pie and key lime tarts!!! This location has excellent customer service lead by managers, Ashley and Lisa, who often work the drive through.

Ambience was really great and friendly staff on top of that provides you a fantastic experience. Cappuccino was missing from their menu but that doesn’t bother as rest of their menu selection was good and tasty as well. A great breakfast place overall.

A step above typical fast food with extra good desserts and friendly staff. It would get a 4 or 5 star if not for their obsession with red onions and the tiny dabs of condiments they place in the center of the bread. Look, spread the mayo out and give people enough that they can at least taste it. Also, not everyone likes purple onions. They are super strong tasting and smelling. But they are on almost everything on the menu. At least warn people. Most wouldn’t expect to find olives or pickles on a BLT so why would you think a pile of purple onions is a traditional ingredient? Is it something like a trade mark or unique touch that sets you apart from everyone else or does the owner just love purple onions so much that he thinks EVERYTHING tastes better when you can’t taste anything but the onions?

I've been to this location a few times and highly doubt I'll come back to it. They constantly get orders wrong, food is never ready when they say and the customer service level feels sub par. I'll drive the extra few miles to Tempe location because at least if they make a mistake they right what they've wronged. This Chandler location never even ATTEMPTS to right their wrong
