• About Jollibee: Jollibee is a worldwide Filipino fast food restaurant owned by Jollibee Foods Corporation. Renowned for Chickenjoy, trademark fried chicken that is carefully hand-breaded "crispylicious" on the outside, and "juicylicious" on the onside, thanks to its secret marinade.• Jollibee Chandler Experience: Checklist for Filipino tourists to try out those who are residing within the state. Twice the serving size but a slight different taste, you may love the sweet pineapple juice but might come back home craving for missing out the famous peach mango pies. Alternatively, you can try Banana Langka Pie, perhaps a "turon" inspired dessert? You may also apply to be part of their team, hiring $16.50/hr. Apply inside.
The chicken was awesome but the fries were cold. I asked for new fries and they were barely warm as well. Get the chicken but not the fries. The rice is pretty good my husband says.
Happy that we finally have a Jollibee here in Arizona, hoping they'll open up another location west side near Phoenix, Glendale-ish. Even Surprise could be a good spot as it's a growing city.My main feedback is for them to hopefully continue to refine their operations processes so that they can finally move at "fast food" speeds. Right now like you can read in other reviews, speed is one issue commonly brought up. One potential solution and additional feedback I have is for the restaurant to place restaurant amenities (napkins, condiments, utencils, etc) out in the open for customers to help themselves. This would have some help in freeing up your workers from dealing with those minor requests. I know this is much more common practice in the west than in places like the Philippines, but I think allowing customers to help themselves to the amenities is worth the long term affect on reputation despite what their business predicts will incur waste losses. It's a minor business practice change that id bet would be a huge improvement noticed by the consumers. Thanks for the food, keep up the good work Jollibee, never stop improving. If you do, im certain in time you will establish yourself as a major player in the venue you're currently at rather than risking customer loss due to the 2 things I mentioned which can have more impact than we often expect. Get your higher ups to acknowledge it! Haha
This place was Brought to me by famous YouTuber named Nick avacado. This is his favorite place to eat and I'm so excited to try this place he said this place is fire. He recommended the cheese stick dog spaghetti and fire chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy
Best spaghetti I've ever eaten. The adobo rice was some serious gourmet, home style food. Highly recommend!
It was a great experience, as always!
I love Jollibee but in this location I think their service is not great as the other ones.. my i love the foods especially the chicken and my favorite palabok.. my hubby likes the peach mango pie.. sometimes the chicken is great but sometimes it’s undercooked and it’s very far to complain coz i love in Goodyear. But still gonna eat here because i miss the jollibee in the philippines
I don’t like leaving bad reviews and this is more in regard to the service. The food seems average compared to every other chicken place, the consistency is a little weird. We ordered chicken tenders and notified that it would take 7-10 minutes which was fine, 20 minutes later I had to walk in to inquire about our order and was back to my vehicle 10 minutes later for a total of 30 minutes. I was never offered a coupon, drink or dessert. Customer service was definitely lacking.
Overall I'm disappointed with the experience. The wait in the drive thru was waaay too long and the food was really mediocre. It wasn't bad, but for the price? Way overpriced for what we got. I can't believe we paid $40 for such an "eh" meal. The burgers in mushroom sauce taste like a frozen dinner saulsbury steak. The chicken was pretty good but very bland. It had a nice crunch but there's zero seasoning. The peach mango pies were a savior in an otherwise mediocre meal. We'd go back for just the pies if the wait wasn't so long. But as it is, in total, we won't be coming back here with so many other amazing food options in the area.
Drove all the way from Tucson and you can’t even eat inside. So disappointed, had to eat in our car. Other than that the yum burgers of course aren’t the same as the yum burgers in the PH. Good but not the same. And where’s the rice?…..
