Placed an order for delivery around 630pm. The order went out at at 654pm. I waited and received nothing until I decided to call around 730pm just to make sure that everything was ok. I was told there was one driver working that day(which I understand) but that my order would be there without issue. So I thanked him and waited. Still nothing until i called again right before they closed about 755pm and sounded like someone else that gave me the "sorry for your inconvenience" speech as they said I can get a refund. I took the refund because obviously you were closed but i waited an hour and a half(not freaky fast) and still had to figure out something else for dinner. This wouldn't be so bad if this hasn't happened in the past where I place an order and no delivery is made. The app says it goes out for delivery and no delivered confirmation is made and if I don't call the store would just assume it was delivered. Sad cause I really love Jimmy Johns but the service just isn't there on this one, sorry.
It really frustrated me when I really wanted Jimmy Johns and I thought of the one in Chandler will always pick up the phone and delivered a few times. Called today as a returning customer and was denied service for being one street past their range. Is not right if you are gonna work with someone and then make an excuse like that.
Usually good, order through the app. Today the sub came with ham when it shoukd be turkey and sub was falling apart. How do you mix turkey with ham?
I've been a fan since the beginning. The best bread ! My favorite is the Gargantuan. I just wish that they opened much earlier, say 9:30 am.
Should be open until 8 as their hours advertise, went by at 6:30 and they are closed.

I'm a Chandler native born and raised. I now live in Vermont where I've only seen commercials for jimmy John's but there isn't any there. Ive been visiting and had the absolute pleasure of eating here. The staff is incredible, the food is incredible, and the bread is off the hook! Highly recommend. I'm gonna miss you Jimmy John's.
I love it when people play along! I named my sandwich "go crazy with onions" on the online ordering, and they didn't disappoint. They wrote "went crazy w/ onions" on my sandwich. Thanks for the laugh and awesome sandwich!
