I’m a big Jersey Mike’s fan but I showed up around 8pm (1 hour before they’re supposed to close) and they told me they were out of bread smhPart 2: You’re not gonna believe this but I went back today (about a week later) to get a sandwich, this time it was around 4pm so they had bread. I ordered a big kahuna chicken cheesesteak and made it very clear that I did not want mushrooms on it. I ordered it to go so I didn’t notice until I got home but it was full of mushrooms. Can’t trust this place sadly
This is the best location, the staff is very kind and they are very fast when it comes to preparing orders! I’ve been told they are very understaffed so they are trying the best they can!
Canceled my door Dash order after I waited an hour. Now nothing is open and I have no dinner. They won't answer the phone. This location sucks!!!
Great sandwiches, service here well below level of 6 others we've visited in last year. Told 10 to 15 min. Arrived in 10 hadn't even started. Did 2 others before ours began. Be honest if 25 or even 30 say so but don't lead me on. Check out didn't allow for point to be registered. Both for me and guy before me. If it was busy you could understand but it wasnt. Please fix it
Arrived at 8:30 pm and the employee stated they stopped making bread. OK great so change your closing time from 9:00 pm to 8:30 pm. BTW, the Jersey Mike's store at 4605 E Chandler Blvd #100 made & completed my order at 8:55 PM the same night!
Placed an order through doordash to pick up NOT be delivered due to their website not doing online ordering at this location. Get there and they try to say its already been delivered I'm not sure where this imaginary dasher was but it wasnt assigned to my order. So they must have given someone the wrong order and had to remake mine all while having the worst attitude. What kind of service is this? The employees are so unprofessional and clearly hate their job.
One of the best sandwiches I've tried. Great location, only negative - the looooong lines, last night Monday Dec 20th ordered thru the app at 6/15pm, said would be ready at 6.30pm, went to collect it and not ready! There were at least 15 people (no joke) waiting in line and 3 people waiting for online pick-up (4 including me). I finally got my sandwich at 7.15pm! There were only 2 staff members working. If the owner is reading this- hire more staff!
Great employees with positive personalities and smiling faces! The food is fresh, prepared before your eyes and delicious! A very healthy choice for fast food dining.
Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite sandwich shops and this location is great. The food is fresh and tasty. Try the buffalo chicken (number 44). It has just the right amount of heat. All the bread choices are next level. The prices are fair for what you get. This store is clean and well maintained. The staff is welcoming and friendly. If you haven’t tried Jersey Mike’s you are missing out.
Not that I’ve ever had a bad experience at Jersey Mike’s but this location is just always the nicest:) really cool staff!
