I have been ordering from Jersey Mikes for over 20 years. I love their sandwiches. This is the first time that this has happened, I went to order my #13 when I was told that they had no bread and that they can make me a sub in a tub which to me is a salad. Who runs out of bread when they had 3 hours until closing. Instead of sitting on the counter you could have bake some bread.
My 88 year old father loves Jersey Mikes and I do take out specifically for him. On the menu, the Club Subs #8 and #9 do not state they come with oil. The menu says mayo yet the past two orders both sandwhiches were SATURATED with oil. He cannot have oil as part of his diet. I don't know why the staff making sandwiches do not follow the menu! They seem like they are always in a hurry and do not pay attneiton to any special notes. The person who answerrs the phone always takes the order correctly because the paper on the bag states exactly what we ordered. Once the order is passed along to the sandwich making staff it's like a free for all with oil and vinegar which is NOT part of the menu description for Club Subs. Now I have to take the soggy sandwich back to the shop for a refund because I don't want another sandwich (and they're not cheap so get them right the first time!) DONE with this place!
ordered on #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak. it was so salty. not sure the beef was preserved with too much salt or the staff put too much when cook.
Food is good. Service is very slow. I ordered and paid online. Showed up 30 minutes later and still waited 20 minutes for the sandwich. They reached out to me and offered 2 sandwich combos to make up for the delay. Thank you!
1st Time trying out Jersey Mike's tonight. John did great for customer service and made an excellent sub! Fast, efficient, and clean! Great job!
I have been visiting Jersey Mike’s @ Az Ave/Ocotillo Rd since their opening. Over the last 3 months I have experienced 3 sandwiches mis-built that I ordered via the app for curbside pickup based on current COVID19 concerns. I filed a complaint with the store and the manager stated I would be compensated with a $25 gift card but it wasn’t sent. IDK how this store remains viable with such poor service and associated response from store management to make it right? They seem not to care about the interests of the customer? My advice, stay away and go to Subway.

The bread at this location is always crusty! You would think a sandwich place that specializes in making sandwiches would have fresh, fluffy, soft bread but they don’t. So if you like hearing a crutch when you bite into your cold sub sandwich, this location will not disappoint you, I guarantee it!
I've come to this location 3 times in the past few weeks for lunch and I have unfortunately had issues each time. The first two times I ordered a wrap and was not given any opportunity to customize my vegetables because there was a lot of online orders they were scrambling to get complete in the middle of my order. The third and last time they were just plain out of buffalo sauce so they could not make my order. I often really love Jersey Mike's and have never had any issues at other locations but I think that I have given this location a fair shot and would rather just drive a little bit further to a different location that is more consistent.
I've only eaten her two times and both sandwiches have been fantastic! I just moved to Phoenix and this was the first place I ate after checking out my new apartment. The manager (Amanda I think) gave me the rookie experience and explained everything very well. Definitely made me a loyal and returning customer. Now I want to try every sub on the menu.
