Great place for lunch!
First time at this Deli and found the staff very pleasant and the food was very good. The Muffaletta was my choice and it was excellent. I found the actual sandwich (which is sold as a 1/4 sandwich was a bit smaller than I would have liked, though that is a personal preference, for the money. Overall, we will visit again.
DINER BEWARE! First two times that I ordered their BLT Club through Doordash? Great sandwich. Today and last time? ABSOLUTE WORST. Last time, I called store and had to speak with a very young lady claiming to be the manager (I was told the owner was not available). She told me that they did not have enough employees to fill all of their orders. So today, we called and spoke first with her again BEFORE ORDERING ONLINE - and she said they had enough employees and could make a better sandwich. What arrived was garbage. Bacon was not crispy and most of it as well as the rotten tomato slices had to be thrown out. Very little mayo. The bacon pieces with the mayo? Very old - cooked several days ago. I was very afraid of food poisoning with the sandwich they made today. FIND ANOTHER SANDWICH PLACE. This one might make you sick!
no customer service skills at all! called next day to speak with manager for credit of a sandwich that wasn’t in my bag! jackie took over 10 mins to make sure credit was issued! just very disappointed and i hope everyone is talked to about how to have better customer service!!!
I seriously eat at jasons deli every single day, not this location I live in Phoenix and go to the one on metro parkway which is wonderful. I just so happened to be in this area tonight and went to this location and I am so very disappointed ? the salad bar was empty and dirty there wasn't even salad! I asked the girl if she could get more of something and she rudely walked off without saying anything like it Was a bother to do her job. I honestly just wanted to ask for my money back when I saw the salad bar.
Prices are ok, salad bar is limited and does not offer any sugar free desserts...
Healthy choices here. You can get a sandwich on rye unlike most other so called delis. I am gluten sensitive and their GF Hot Pastrami is pretty good. Lots of choices if you are gluten sensitive. I appreciate that! Plus the catering menu is extensive. And reasonable.
Another Jason’s Deli very consistent with the rest of the chain. I probably won’t order the chili again. Cashier seemed to be a little somewhat cold and reserved. WiFi filtered - speed unknown. I consider the restaurant average and gave it 3 stars.
Anthony (the manager) was very rude. He doesn’t care about how clean the place is, or how the food is. The place was filthy had to wipe down our table (only 2 other customers there) I expressed the disappointment to Anthony who tells me “I’ve been busy”. Sorry Anthony, cleaning your restaurant is more important than your text messages
Wow. This dried out hunk of garbage was served to us tonight. The tortilla is so dried out and over microwaved that you can't chew it. There are 2 pieces of chicken inside. It's almost three inches--not quite. The macaroni is inedible. Gross. My husband often orders muffalettas and they are always good according to him. This ranchero wrap "Managers Special" takes the cake for worst takeout in months.
