Usually this place is okay. Stood looking at the board for a few minutes to decide what we wanted. As I turned to order the girl behind the coup it up a clipboard with a handwritten not that read “closed 30 minutes for cleaning “ or something similar. I asked if I could order since I had been standing there already before the sign went up. I was told it will only be about 30 more minutes……went and got Boba instead.

I usually order the Greens 'n Ginger smoothie. So I know what it tastes like. I told the guy I can't taste the ginger and that maybe it was inadvertently left out. He became hostile and told me that they follow the recipe exactly. WOW! What unprofessional, poor customer service.So, the last time I was there, I ordered the Greens 'n Ginger smoothie again. I was getting little hard pieces in my drink which was unusual. It turns out to be a small piece of plastic that they blended up into pieces in my drink.
No juice in jamba juice. Maybe should be named jamba smoothe?

Ordered a vitamin C booster and drank it almost to the bottom when I found moldy chunks of frozen fruit at the end. Told them and showed them and they said that happened sometimes. They didn’t remake it or anything because I had almost finished it.
