this is the worst jack in the box I've been to everything wasnt functioning right or was broken went to drive thru first but there debit card reader wasnt working. so then went inside to order employees seem like zombies no enteraction, went to get soda ice machine falls apart whole tray comes out so no ice with soda i was so disappointed this place wasnt clean either trash everywhere, this place needs to new everything employees machines,etc.
We arrived at 11:30p on a Saturday night and were told they weren't taking anymore orders. Then we sat stuck in the drive thru behind other cars. Are you open until 12am or 11:30pm? Change your hours if you're not really open until midnight.
Got our order wrong. Just seems like customer service is going downhill everywhere.
These guys can't get an order right. I waited to write this review and gave them a few chances, but it's useless. Twice in two separate visits, they got my order wrong. One time I asked for a chicken sandwich and got a burger and the second time, I asked for onions on the sandwich and got nothing despite the sticker on the box that said "onions". Plus, no buttermilk ranch with Jalapeño Poppers despite asking for it. What a ridiculous standard. Not going here anymore. ATTENTION: It is possible the Owner Bot will respond to this with an "apology" and a "promise to escalate" this like he/it has been doing for other disenchanted reviews. If you're smart, you'd be better off ignoring that. This place is beyond repair.
I haven't been to a Jack In The Box since I was little. I was pleasantly surprised. The fries were hot, fresh and phenomenal. The staff was really friendly.
this has nothing to do with the food but the employees, they were super unprofessional and one of them had a bit of an attitude on them when being told they forgot our drink we had ordered and rudely handed our food to us, would not recommend this place if you're going to act like this

The employees were fine, but had to come back twice just to request ketchup and sweetener for our coffee. Since they do not have any salt, pepper, ketchup etc... It should be asked by the person who handles your order.
Still the best nasty tacos. Love them
Amazing they were able to make keto option for me and it was absolutely delicious. Add some garlic butter and swiss Cheese. And perfect cooked bacon... AMAZING
