Negative 5 stars …Tried to give this location a chance twice. First time over 30 min wait for 3 cars. Today I waited at the speaker for several minutes. I honked & they finally answered saying “we’re closed system not working” (it was 11am) I was stuck in drive thru w/people ahead and behind me for 20+ minutes . The car in front of me stayed parked at the window for 15+minutes. & they paid cash and got food. I asked what was going on when I got to the window and the lady said no people to work when there was 3 people behind her. I get short staffed but why serve the person in front of us and deny the rest of us. Bc they paid cash?! And tell us sorry no workers to make food. Super shady and will not be returning. I told the guy over the speaker next time at least let people know right away the system is down so we can leave right away.
Worst jack in the box. Dont go here. The guys who work there dont care about the food. Just went through the drive through and paid $9 for a burger that was just thrown together. Nothing about it looked good at all. It was suppose to have bacon and had the smallest pitiful slices on there. Not even 1 full piece. Just shards of half a piece. The meat you can tell had been sitting around. The bun was stale and the cheese looked old and like it has been sitting in the heat. I have worked at many restaurants and I will never be back here to this jack. Disgusting. Didn’t even take a bite in fear of the lack of cleaning im sure they are practicing.
Service sucks. Can't get anyone to help you they had two cars in drive thru and just me inside. I see why this place has a 3.8. I was just trying to see if it was just disgruntled people or if they do deserve the bad rating. They do.I can't tell you if the food was any good. As I had was never waited on.
Absolutely terrible!!! I got a large burger meal. Not only did it take almost 20 mins but the food was gross and I asked for it to be plain, it was not. Would recommend going to a different location!
The staff is always friendly! The problem is the inconsistency in the food. This morning, got a sausage croissant as I do almost daily! Today, it was horrible. The croissant was dry and hard. The egg, cheese and sausage were barely warm! I passed another Jack In The Box, to stop here. Another disappointing breakfast! Why doesn't the staff care more?
I was taken care of by staff promptly but had to wait a long time to get a drink we ordered we were at the register alone for more than 5 minutes waiting for our drinks
Wow Morty! We must’ve stumbled into another dimension because this jack in the box is actually great! I can see some people have other issues but I had none! What are they even talking about? *bLaRp!!* The ladies working today got my food to me with only a couple of minutes wait and it was all super hot and fresh! And they were patient and kind. You don’t see that very often anymore.I am currently sitting on the bench at the park next-door guess what? I’m full
They were short staffed and fairly busy so it's understandable; would have been 5 stars if food was delivered a little quicker.
They literally just told me in the drive thru that they wont take my order unless it's via Doordash. I'm not making this up. Wendy's is still open thank heavens.
Only taking doordash and uber eats orders due to low staff, but the app orders should be ready by the time people get there to oick them up... or make the drivers park so people who you aren't serving aren't stuck in your dang drive thru forever.
