The milkshake was warm. I don't know how. But it was not cold. Fries are good though

This place is very cool. Me and my daughter went in there to eat occasionally . We like their breakfast veryyyyyyy much it’s delicious and healthy . The food is of terrific quality the cooks the staff is rare. They have time to cook food and feed the people . They were short staff but with amazing people they still managed to hand the food to the people . They make the food right and pay attention to the food and are prepared. They are also working with food delivery companies nowadays . Either way service is so good. No it’s terrific .
Don’t even waste your time coming here unless you wanna wait in line for an hour for them to just tell you their card machine isn’t working and they are only accepting cash. The shake machine is somehow always broken? The customer service is absolutely terrible. How is your card machine and shake machine ALWAYS BROKEN???!!! This is my 3rd day in a row coming here hoping they would get their shake machine and card machine fixed but they haven’t. I personally think they just don’t wanna make the shakes so they say it’s broken.
This location has a serious problem with staffing. I get off work around 10:30pm each night and try to swing by to get something to eat. I try EVERY NIGHT!!! AND THEYRE NEVER OPEN!!! THEY USUALLY DONT EVEN PUT OUT A SIGN!!!!!! LIKE WHY DO YOU AHVE CARS AND PEOPLE HERE IF YOURE NOT OPEN?!!! It's absolutely ridiculous!!!
This place isn't 24 hours. People are inside but will either ignore you or place barricade through drive thru. I work near there and its more than a few times they're closed.
Took them 10 mins at the speaker to take my order. Then had to repeat it. After waiting at the window it was another 10 mins for burger and fries. Food was okay. My fries had zero salt. Burger was cold.
The guy that was taking the order Arthur very rude then when I got to the window wants to throw all this hot sauce at me and I just wanted to then I asked to speak to the manager Marlene gives me a dirty look very rude are used to come here on regular basis I will pick a new jack in the box to go to customer service very poor wonder why they work at a fast food place
Supposed to be open 24 hours. However, they put a pallet up in the drive thru around 2 back when I was doing overnights. I leave a little early today to open and since it is the only place open in this area I stop by to get some breakfast. Come to find out it's "closed" because of short staffing. Even though there's a car out front as if someone was inside. Didn't know it took more than one person to make food. Don't even know why they say open 24 hours. Good luck getting food at night.
I went to visit my mother in chandler,i stop at jack in the box on arizona ave and chandler Blv,i order #4 , 8 tacos 2 breakfast burritos,and i get home in mesa and the breakfast burritos are not in the bags,so i call the restaurant and they never answer the phone,but yeah they sure did charge me for the breakfast burritos.and is not the fist time that this happens????
