This place is ALWAYS mobile order only.. it’s been this way for the past year. I placed my online order, when I pulled up to the speaker nobody was there, I drove up to the window and the employees were not even wearing a headset. I was told I had to park around out front and wait, there’s a giant pothole in the parking lot pretty close to the parking spaces that’s been here for several months and just keeps getting bigger.. When I finally got my food, my fries were so over cooked I couldn’t even bite through them. The bacon cheeseburger was missing the bacon and the patties were so dry I ended up just throwing it out.
Lacking on customer service nobody is up at the register waiting to greet you. Their was one dude in the back preparing the food, the lady that ran the front counter wasn't up front she was more near the drive thru window area. So she will not see you come in...We waited till someone to ask if we were ready to order.... maybe 20mins or so. I dont see anyone come clean or wipe up any of the tables.Parking good luck most of the up front spot is taken by the employees.DONT BUY THE PROMO BURGER!!! Waste of money and picture is deceiving.
***UPDATE***I would give no Stars if I could... Sent email, advised issues, provided feedback.... no one cares to call to resolve anything.... the responses of "oh im sorry for experiencing this" etc is false .... at this point shut the location down...!
Lately, or at least over the last (6 MONTHS!!!), this has been a common sight here. I used to love coming here, but they don't seem to be able to keep employees, or something must be seriously wrong if they can't even keep the drive through open. To use a sports analogy, when the team fails, they FIRE THE COACH!!!
I go to this place a lot for lunch. Their food is always on par. Drinks are always fresh and fries are hot.
Lady in charge very nice when I go before work at 4am. She's always in a great mood. The only issue I see is short handed sometimes at that time she needs help
jack in the box must love paying people on graveyards for doing nothing, if you want a check and dont want to work please go to jack in the box. went there again last night and could not order was the only on in line there paying someone to tell me i cant order all the time and this location .Mr comma dont you care anymore?????"?
Girl at drive thru was abrupt and somewhat rude. They seem to always be out of the impossible patties, which is disappointing. The curly fries are good, but they never seem to actually fill up the container and are very slow.
Drive thru had a sign saying that they are only taking mobile orders. Place is and has always been mismanaged. Find some place else to eat.
Well…this is quite burned, isn’t it? I have to end up throwing it away.
