I Oder food on door dash I ask for extra mayo on both sandwiches y’all didn’t need to put 1/3 culnof dang mayo on my sandwich second my other two sandwiches only got 1tps of mayo y’all playing w me right ?
Very awkward experience. The lady said they discontinued the popcorn chicken. I was disappointed and asked if she was sure and she stared at me without answer like she didn't know english. I said is it just your store or all. She awkwardly looks at me again with cloth face mask and says. Yes. I asked yes to which one and she just stared again. I literally just turned and walked away. Stopped at another one and it's not discontinued. Mind you I was talking inside the place to lady that takes orders today. Not the drive through and not the cleaning lady. Zero communication skills at the front desk. I was just trying to get food quick during my lunch break so it was frustrating
My wife and I stopped here a few hours ago, I was alittle nervous to get food here I'm not gonna lie lol. I was reading some of the bad reviews from this location online.But I clicked on the tab for the newest bad experience review and it was a review from 3 weeks ago.This was the exact Reason why I changed my mind and I gave this place a chance,Because I saw that Owner of this Jack in The Box Not only wrote Back to that individuals Bad experience review but He/She Apologized for their bad experience.I Felt that if the owner cared about the image of His / Her business that they would Most definitely Care about how the food is Cooked and how it Tasted.They would also care how the customer was treated.The employee that took our order was nice and was not rude at all, we placed out orders inside and not through the drive-thru. I cannot remember the employees name unfortunately.But he was a male, mabie 5ft 10?The food was hot, my cheese was actually Melted in between my Hamburger meat patties! Because the meat was actually Hot.. I'm sorry but I had to say that remark because it's almost Normal now for us to get Hamburgers from fast food locations and the cheese is almost Never Melted because the meat never got Hot enough to melt it..the frys were semi hot but still good,It's been about 4 hours since we have eaten the food from this location, and we have not had any stomach cramps or sick feelings soo far and that's a very good sign soo far lol.We will eat here again,And we would recommend you trying this location at least once & for you to be the judge of the food and staff next time.And don't forget to leave a review for us all please and thank you. ?Have a good night,Tim.
This particular Jack in the Box location always has friendly helpful workers. They repeat back your order, they count your change correctly, they give you the right order every time.Who could ask for anything more?
Caution, Not really open during the hours posted... Hours say they are open until 10pm on Saturdays, showed up at 9:05pm and dining room doors were locked. Probably a case of employees closing early. Pretty annoying driving out here for nothing.
They rarely screw up your order and they always have everything on hand. Always hot! Always friendly.
I religiously come to this Jack-in-the-Box every morning at 6 AM for breakfast. They’ve messed up my order countless times and since I’m already at work I’m not gonna drive all the way back to my local Jack-in-the-Box to fix it. The lady at the counter always says next time she’ll take care of me. Today their app was down so I actually had to order. I wanted the dollar Coca-Cola on the app and she told me that that was through the app only. I understand that but as someone who comes in daily, I would expect that she could have just gave me the soda for a dollar. I’ll go back to eating my breakfast elsewhere.
So I can’t even begin to explain the level of disrespect and rudeness this girl gives me every time I go here I usually go later at night and she just hates her life or something because she just has an angry attitude all the time. I literally stopped going to jack in the box completely because of this girl and then one day I was craving food and this was the only thing open so I went waited in the line for 45 min just to find out that no one is serving. I went home in a rage. I will never again go to jack in the box.
Whoever was working 1am on the 12th is a saint. The entire crew deserves a raise. Thank you very very very much. My girlfriend and I ordered a complicated order with multiple sauces and they didn’t miss anything. Thank you
Got home missing one of my meals. Went back to correct action and all I got was being blamed that they put in the bag. So I offered to return all my stuff to get a refund and manager refused.
