Everytime I go there they tell me they no have chocolate shake I'm usually going thru the drive thru rather late and I always get the same answer no chocolate shake the machine is broken I ask how long has it been broken and Gabby the cashier says oh I don't know so I ask for a manager and she says on no manager just us,so I go too alma school and baseline jnb and I order my 2jr bacon cheeseburger and a chocolate shake and they have everything I ordered
Worst location every time I come here the food is always old. They never do anything right I order everything without lettuce and it all came with it still. Than I order loaded nachos and you only put cheese on two of them an a tiny splash of hot sauce in the bottom of container. The tacos are stail and old. Only gives you 2 sauces for multiple items.
I just signed up for texts and they sent me a promotional coupon for free fries that expired 3 months ago. I showed the manager Lucia the text and the coupon and she said she couldn't do anything about it. Also they increased the price of their 2 tacos to 1.69 and they were cold with soggy lettuce.
Order was wrong, went back in line they gave me the right burger but everything about the food was old tasted nasty didn’t even finish the meal. Do not eat here keep complaining about this place to have it change its staff or shut it down. The person in charge of this establishment just comments how they’re sorry but no change is ever made, look how far comments/reviews go back nothing happens.
We ordered ahead. When I got there they did not have side salads so I asked them to cancel the order. No refund! That is not their problem. This was a huge RIP off!
We arrived at 1:45am, they would not allow anyone to order through drive thru (only mobile orders) so we pull into the parking lot to place our order on the app. (As if that is any different than the drive thru window.) After placing our order on the mobile app, Mind you in this 10 minute timeframe we saw them turn away 7 customers, we finally pull up to the window just to see 2 employees standing around laughing in the kitchen standing around doing nothing. That was my experience tonight. ??
After the bars close, My friend and I went to a 24/7 drive thru and to be told it's for ONLY Uber eats/grub hub?! Business is business no matter where it's coming from... Explain that!
It was nothing like the jack in the box i remember and on top of it all we got charged twice for the meal because it would not accept my card so my bro used his and we both were charged
Another mediocre Jack. Iced coffee is not made correctly here. My sandwich is 95% wrong. No ham, means, no ham. It’s incredible how challenged these employees are. I ordered ahead on the app so it should be very clear.
They make you wait 10 minutes before taking your order only get two orders out before letting you get your oder taken.. they don't card about your time. Make you wait and they turn out to be unfriendly and unclean. Then they try to say we apologize for the wait and make the next person wait 10 minutes... 6:52pm y'all shouldn't be that slow... we've been here within the past few weeks and they haven't changed still being slow taking their time not concerned about anyone but themselves horrible business. They get there family and friends to work here but don't make them work... they just stand there and let one person do all the work..
