The worst jack in the box I’ve ever been to. We’ve been waiting In line for 15 minutes and the line still has not moved. Also, The lady that takes the orders sounds lazy as hell. Get it right people! ????
So glad that they have a 3 taco combo with fries and a drink. It wasn't on the menu but I asked for a taco combo, and this is it.I like the soda machines that offer a gazillion choices, not only the most common ones at fast food places. I really enjoyed the ginger ale products.The employees were professional, spoke clearly, and were fast at filling my order.Yum! I'll be back!!!!
Last time the food was good but service was horrible. All has changed. 3 minutes speaker to exit. Great job!!!!!
No ice cream machine working at night.No cc services working.Order curly fries but got regular fries.Get it together.
Haven't been to a Jack in the BIG in a while. Restaurant, customer service, and food were all good. No complaints.
Food is not great, service is usually very slow. If you pull up too late, they only take mobile orders but there's no sign so you have to pull up to the speaker to actually find out
System was down. The female cashier/order taker was completely rude. She said I could wait for 15-20 minutes until the system was back up. Then was like you need to move in case someone else comes and I will have to tell them what is going on. I said if someone comes I will move. Than she was like I am not taking your order you can go to another location. Thank asked for a a manager of course there wasn’t one working. I told her that is why you are acting like this. If you don’t like your job go do something that you do like don’t take out your bad night in the rest of us.
I go for their regular tacos. I love them! I think they are the best fast food tacos around. Nothing fancy, just great taste! It's comfort food for me! And the price is always right!
Got a nice cheese burger, and a great plain burger for my dog! She loved it!!
