Great burger. Fries were too salty this round but normally not an issue. They did have high chairs. They do not have kid meals but I just shared my food with my 1.5yo and we were both full when we left.
Never had a bad experience. The food is always the best and presentation perfect. I wish they did chicken though.

This is a whole other level than your typical fast food joint. Their food tastes better, is healthier, AND their prices are lower.I recommend the "Double-double, animal-style."
The consistently with In-N-Out is always held in high regards to standard. Ask for your fries extra crispy and get a "full grilled onion" in your burgers and it'll be an amazing menu hack to remember. You can even ask for the yellow pepperchini's in them or on the side.
Have visited the Chandler location twice this week. Went through the drive-through the first time. Ordered what is called the protein burger animal style, recommended for people at a low sodium diet. First time the order was wrong. They added a bun and cheese to the animal style. The unsweetened iced tea that was ordered with lemon was actually a coke with lemon. Second time went inside to order. Showed the receipt that clearly indicated the issues above. Counter staff did nothing to comp the order or reduce the price. The order was fine. You can add additional items, like onions or mustard. While the burger was good it is messy to eat.
Right from the not-so-very-long-line (even on a Sunday), this was a nice experience. The person who took our order got it straight even though we kept adding this and that. It was fun to watch our food being prepared by clean professionals. The burgers were excellent and the fries crunchy. One draw back is that the shakes are so thick that big straw isn't quite large enough. :-) I'll see you again soon.
I went here late night with a big group of people, and the staff did a good job of accommodating us. The fries are not crispy and the sauce on the animal style fries gets cold and hard quickly. The burgers were pretty good and the shakes were ok. There are definitely better fast food restaurants, but it’s not a bad place to go to though.
Great food, super customizable, great service too. Going bunless? No problem! Just order the grilled cheese animal style protein style and they'll eliminate the carbs. Great for vegetarians and GF folk.
