Amazing service and great quality food! I was greeted by a very friendly and efficient employee! I ordered the #1 medium meal for Dine in. She confirmed my order and handed me my drink cup and receipt with a smile! My order arrived shortly after I dispensed my drink and found a seat. The food didn't disappoint! It was hot, fresh, and tasty! The lobby was clean and organized. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a great meal with great value!
It's hard to believe there can be such a difference in service from a fast food burger place like this In and Out vs a Wendy's or other fast food joints. The smile and manners are so different. The "Animal Burger" was great and the experience was so much better than you presently expect and get at most fast food places! Thank you for good service.
It was pretty good but not as great as people have hyped it to be. It just seemed very ordinary food. My burger was cold from the veggies and everything was just kind of bland. But I will say the service was fast, friendly, and sparkling clean from what I could see from the drive-thru. I was very impressed by all that! The prices were a little higher than I expected but I know everything is these days.
The long line of cars almost made me pull out of the line...almost. Then I saw how quickly they were moving! As always, it was well worth the wait. Hot, juicy burgers - each made as ordered, fresh cut, hot fries salted to perfection. This is one of our favorite stops when visiting in Chandler.
We cannot say enough great things about Abril!! Yes, the food was great but she brought our boys stickers and hats, asked how their first trip to In-N-Out was, and RAVED about how much she loved her job and how great an opportunity it would be for us to share with others if they were looking for a job. So refreshing to be around such a positive, happy employee - what a great representative for your company!!
It was ok onions were old, so picked them off. Still affordable
I love In and Out. It's the only "fast food" I eat. Keep making great burgers, shakes and fries. Place was very clean, and drive though is always efficient. Customer service here is the best in the industry, and employees are always happy to help and very accommodating.My family and I will be back! YUM!
Went there last night usually awesome. Not last night. Service outstanding as always but long line in drive up when I got my burger it was cold and French fries were hard as a rock. 2 stars because of friendly staff.
Went through the drive-thru right before closing. The line was pretty long but moved through pretty quickly!Food was great and fresh!Fries-Light are the best!
Amazing customer service. I forgot to check the time when they open and arrived at 10:05. They open at 10:30. I was in the drive through line and the young lady took my order earlier then they open and was super friendly. I even offered to come back when they open at 10:30 but she was fine with taking my order and upgraded me to some fresh hot fries. Wish I could have tipped but she said they can’t take tips. Again way above and beyond and super grateful. My little one was having a really bad day and loves the milkshakes and fries. Just a good pick me up and time to spend together.
