The food was good, but the selection with the new menu it was pitiful. Was not able to find what I wanted so settled for second best. Have pancakes as a side but was served only one flavor of syrup. What happened to the rest? Certainly my favorite one was gone. On top of that oh, $40 for two people for lunch is more then we can afford. That's a dinner price. It's likely that inflation because of covid support chain, and stupidity at the government level is going to keep us from eating out any time again soon in the future.

Food places just stop trying at night now. I went to I-Hop and just wanted some pancakes. I saw they had these cheesecake pancakes on the menu and they sounded pretty good. The normal bad night service of taking 15 minutes to get seated when there's only one other person in the restaurant and another 10 minutes to get a drink and for them to take my order. Well the pancakes come, they look normal. I eat two of them, they taste the same as regular pancakes. I don't notice any cheesecake, but I'm also not sure if I'm suppose to as it's the first time I've ordered this. Just to be safe, I asked the waitress if there was cheesecake in the pancakes or if I'm suppose to be able to see it. They said, "Dunno" and walked away. About another 20 minutes goes by and I finish the two remaining pancakes, waiting for the waitress to show up again and she comes by and says, "Chef says they forgot the cheesecake."So there are a lot of actions you can take at this point. You can refund the dish, replace the dish, give a discount, apologize, ring them up for regular pancakes, give a gift certificate for next time, or something. The waitress chose none of these and just dropped off the check. I head up front to pay and was going to ask if I could just be charged for regular pancakes, but it took her literally another 20 minutes before she came to ring me out. Pretty sure the other table just left without paying because I saw them waiting to cash out long before I went up there.

A year ago the waitress was so good that the water just appeared and glasses were never empty. I always did love the service at this location. I just hope this location continues to thrive despite the increase in prices. Our recent visit has good food although service didn’t mention happy hour price when I ordered an extra pancakes. I had to point at it on the menu

This place was clean, efficient ,and pleasant. I left feeling full. I got the endless pancakes..but I was to full, to order any extra pancakes. I did have one small complaint the pancakes tasted a little stale, or maybe I should say dried out. Like they had been sitting under a hot lamp way to long. I noticed this because I really like pancakes. I eat half my stack with only butter. The the last half with syrup. They were a little hard to choked down even with extra butter. Which they gave me freely. I have ordered the 5 piece stack in the past. They tasted fine then. So I'm guessing it's the fact that it was part of a combo plate. Would I go back again.? Probably.

They don't give you very much food. The toast was hard, the hashbrowns were cold. Service was good, on a plus.

Services was slow. We ordered all you can eat pancakes and when we asked for a second set the waitress looked confused. We had to keep asking for our drinks to be refilled. The food was good thou.

Stopped in for quick breakfast on my way to work (substitute teacher). Always a good dependable, reasonable meal. Senior 2x2x2.

IHOP was great, the food came out fast and our server Abby was really nice. Would reccommend this location

Highly Recommend. Cheese Cake Pancakes are the best!

I find IHOPs can be hit or miss on service but this location was fantastic. I had a party of 10 at prime breakfast hour and we were seated in about 10 minutes. The service was great and everyone was so friendly and patient with all my kiddos. Great experience!
